Sorry for a poor review, unfortunately the finish on the cup was very poor, you can see run marks all round the cup under the glaze.

Shocking customer service and shocking company. The item purchased was a gift for an armed forces veteran, so really disappointed. Avoid!!!

We’re sorry this order could not be completed. Unfortunately we experienced an unexpected equipment fault which, due to the bank holiday period, caused delays outside our control. As soon as it became clear we could not fulfil the order within a reasonable timeframe, the customer was offered a full refund, which was processed on the next working day.

No customer service whatsoever. Emailed them requesting information on dispatch as tracking was not updated. Nothing heard. Item finally arrived and poorly packaged. Hopefully the item inside, which is a gift and delivered directly for a Christmas present will be okay.

A great product with service to match!
A friend's great uncle was shot down and killed in a 76 Sqn Halifax in 1944. In commemoration I'm making a diorama of his aircraft being prepared for a mission, as a present for her.
When I saw the super mugs offered by Four Prop I knew that this would make an ideal additional present.
And I wasn't disappointed! At first I was a bit concerned that fulfilling my order was taking a while. On checking, I was told that Four Prop didn't have a stock 76 Sqn crest so the artist was creating one for my order! I was even given the choice of WWII or post-war crown; what service!
I haven't passed on the mug yet but I know it will hit the spot. A quality product plus super customer service - what's not to like?

Once again Four Prop have come up trumps
Once again Four Prop have come up trumps with the goods, having emailed saying there were problems, it was a complete surprised when the goods turned up 2 days later . The mugs (4 Sqn & 43 Sqn) are very good and the coasters very funny . Well done Four Prop.

Excellent quality
Product was easy to order. Subsequent communications informing me of progress were helpful and reassuring. The quality of the item was excellent as was the print quality. Definitely recommend this shop.

Just had another little present for myself 😉. A retro picture from four Prop. If you like me and served at Big Bad Brize during 90s and early 00s this is the print for you.
Mrs didn't like me have all my Sqn prints up. So this keeps of both happy. As less RAF memorabilia on the wall and it covers my time on 216 & 101 pity 99 on there but you can't have it all 🤣
