Amazing customer care
I cannot thank Richard and Benjamin enough for the service provided. To say they went above and beyond is an understatement. In this day and age of call centres and live chats etc it's refreshing good old fashioned customer care still exists with company's like the Fossil store.
The highest quality of products along with the highest standard of customer service. I'd shop nowhere else for that something a little special for the home. Thank you the Fossil store team.

The quality of objects I found was…outstanding
The quality of objects I found was terrific and being new to the store I was amazed by the level of service and attention I got. They were careful and thoughtful so all round. Everything was delivered perfectly so I could not recommend more highly. No wonder they are 100% 5 star.

Great customer service!
I ordered an item online and Fossil Store emailed me within a few hours apologising for a system issue that caused that the item I had selected was unfortunately no longer available. They were so kind as to ask me if I wished to select another item from their website and wouldn't charge me more for it. My fossil was then promptly dispatched and I received it only a couple of days later - very happy with my purchase! Highly recommend Fossil Store!
