Horrible Customer Support Experience with Account Migration
I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with the customer support of this company, specifically with their support member. My account had been closed due to a migration process that I was unaware of, and the way my situation was handled was absolutely unacceptable.
Firstly, I reached out to support because I couldn't see my account on my dashboard. Janis promptly informed me that my account was a Thinkmarket account and that the migration period had ended. When I asked how I could get my account back since I didn’t receive any email regarding the migration, I was told that the migration period was over, and nothing could be done. This dismissive attitude continued throughout the conversation.
I explained my situation, emphasizing that I had been on complete bed rest due to serious health problems and was only now able to manage my work. Despite my honest and heartfelt explanation, they showed zero empathy or willingness to assist. Instead, I was met with curt responses and a complete lack of understanding. They kept repeating that the migration ended in April, and there was no way to recover my account.
When I requested that my case be escalated to a higher authority or the CEO, They outright refused, showing a complete disregard for customer care and problem resolution. To add insult to injury, their support member ignored my follow-up messages, further highlighting the poor customer service and lack of respect for their clients.
This experience has left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. The lack of communication, empathy, support from the company as a whole is appalling. I would not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you value decent customer service and support when you encounter issues. They clearly do not care about their customers or their unique circumstances.

Anfangs lief alles gut doch dann kam die Migration wovon ich nicht richtig informiert worden bin. Ich müsse ein Formular ausfüllen um die Accounts davor zu migraten. Habe denen alles gelfiert von Kontonummer, Kaufbedtätigung und und...Leider sieht es so aus als würden sie das extra machen und sind keineswegs gewollt entgegenzukommen.

Just thought I’d tell you about my experience so other traders don’t choose this prop firm.
I passed a 2 step evaluation and waited one month for the credentials. 30 days later, requested a $750 payout and it has been pending since 2nd may 24. You can’t trade or even access the account whilst the payout is being ‘processed’.
I get an email yesterday saying my account has been breached due to 45 days inactivity when you physically can’t trade the account? Biggest scam so as a trader don’t waste your time passing evaluations.
I was also emailing every week about my payout and was told I’d get it ‘end of the week’ but never did.
To summarise, they don’t pay you out and will just keep reassuring you for 45 days until the account is breached for inactivity. STAY AWAY.

Payout Refusal
I recently had the unfortunate experience of trading with TheForexFunder, a firm that purports to support traders with funding but, in reality, engages in highly questionable practices to withhold payouts.
After diligently trading and meeting all their requirements, I was looking forward to receiving my earned profits. However, TheForexFunder refused to pay out, citing a bogus reason: they claimed my account was inactive. This couldn't be further from the truth. My account was verified and migrated by one of their own officers, ensuring it was active and compliant.
What followed was a series of blatant attempts to evade payment.
They lure traders with false promises of support and profits, and giving savory discounts only to fabricate reasons to withhold payments. This behavior is not just unethical; it’s outright fraudulent.
TheForexFunder is a dishonest and deceitful company that preys on traders. Their refusal to pay out my earnings, despite clear evidence of an active account, reveals their true nature as a scam operation. Avoid theforexfunder at all costs if you value your time, effort, and money. There are far more reputable firms out there that genuinely support traders and honor their agreements.

Scammers stay away from this propfirm
Scammers stay away from this propfirm. I have been promised that i would recieve my $500 cash prize since the end of February competition. Whenever i ask them on IG they keep replying "keep your patience" "keep waiting" or they will leave it as seen. They will not pay you out and they will come out eventually. I know the other winner of the competition that has not been paid yet, although all the fake promises. Bare in mind we are now in june and i was supposed to get it end of february/beginning of march. Absolutely stay away!

I STILL HAVEN'T RECIEVED ANYTHING ALTHOUGH THEY KEEP FAKING THEIR PROMISES. I SPOKE TO SUPPORT OVER IG AND OVER THEIR EMAIL MANY TIMES. NOTHING HAPPENED. DON'T CHOOSE THIS PROPFIRM

I am very disappointed with this company. They are unwilling to process payouts, making you wait for an extended period before ultimately claiming that you violated some rules and are not eligible for a payout. The customer service is rude, unhelpful, and shows no understanding. They accuse you of breaking rules and then demand that you prove your compliance. However, once you request a payout, you lose access to your trading account, making it impossible to provide any proof. I also suspect that details might be altered in the back office when a payout is requested, although I am not entirely certain about this. Overall, this company seems to do everything possible to avoid making payouts.

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with The Forex Funder. After waiting for 20 business days (well over the 5 business days they promise), I am left feeling frustrated and ignored.
Despite sending multiple messages to their support team, all I get in response is a vague "you will get it soon." When I asked for specifics, there was no straight answer. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.
The Forex Funder's service has not met my expectations. If you are considering using their platform, be aware that their customer service and response times are severely lacking. I will be looking for more reliable alternatives and caution others to do the same.
