I have just recently discovered the Fold range of clothes whilst looking for a dress for my daughter’s wedding. I had a really lovely personal styling appointment in the London store where the staff could not have been more helpful. Since then I have used the mail order service to finalise my outfit. I had a few queries regarding shipping and the customer service support was excellent. Thank you

I already gave a review of what I bought not long time ago, but I wanted to add another feature I discovered and helpful for business women, who travel like myself. On a recent trip, two shirts and a pair of pants from the Fold had gotten quite wrinkled, because I had done a poor packing job. I hung it all in the bathroom with the hot water running ( shower). Next day totally wrinkle free and without the use of an iron. I wish you would set up a store in the EU, so I could save the extra taxes..

Responsive and reasonable customer service

I ordered a dress in 2 sizes for my daughters wedding. I wanted my daughter to see the dress and they kindly extended the return time for me. Shahnaz was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions.
The packaging and return procedure was excellent and easy to do.
I am very pleased with my dress and will consider using The Fold in the future

My order was shipped to the wrong state and they refused to replace or refund it, and they are only accessible by email or social media. Four emails later, someone finally responded. It was a robotic response saying they would investigate and get back to me

I recently bought a coat,which is beautiful. However, the way it was packaged means it has arrived extremely creased. I will need it professionally steamed/pressed to be able to wear it. For the price paid I am disappointed. I have bought from other brands, and items are delivered on the hanger, crease free.

Service was excellent; the quality of the clothes outstanding. Attention to detail and the way the staff listened to the customer (me!) was brilliant.

Everything was just amazing. From the styles to the excellent, skilled and proactive staff. We really had a great time at The Fold (as many times before). The customer service is without comparison.

I have bought few items which I've returned. We are now on the 30th Dec and the items were received on the 13th, however i still didn't receive my refund. I have emailed and chased the customer care service only to received automatic emails and an email saying my money have been refunded without that being actioned. This is a very disappointing experience taking in consideration the prices of the products.

I placed an order but was then worried it would not arrive before I went away for the holidays. The Fold team followed up immediately to confirm when shipped (it was shipped so promptly), and again to follow up with tracking information and to confirm it would arrive in time. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service at a stressful time.

I have been eyeing 'The Folds' Belleville blouse for years and finally bought it. The fabric, the fit, the origami like style; the Belleville exceeded all my expectations. I should never have waited years to add this staple to my wardrobe.

A few weeks later I bought the Giverny dress and the Lugano jumpsuit. I wear the Belleville blouse and Giverny dress to work. I am a lawyer and prefer long sleeves for a profesional look. It is hard to find polished long sleeve dresses. The Giverny dress and Belleville blouse fit the bill perfectly. I feel good and always receive compliments.

The Lugano jumpsuit I bought for gallery openings, studio visits, and dinners with curators, gallery owners, and artists. I accessorize with colorful scarves, jewelry and shoes to add color. The Lugano makes a statement every time I wear it! It puts me right in the middle of the art 'cool' crowd.

Clothes from The Fold are expensive, but you will never regret your purchase. In a single year they pay for themselves. And they never go out of style. You can wear each piece for the rest of your life.

Perhaps the best clothing purchase I ever made. Even better than the couture clothes that cost much more. Do not wait years, like I did, to buy an exquisite piece from The Fold!

The Fold Cadogan is a wonderful store with great customer service. I needed an outfit for a special occasion and booked a private appointment with Sara, the manager, who was brilliant. She found me just the right dress and shoes. As I was slightly between sizes, she also expertly pinned it for the required alterations. I would highly recommend a visit.

I was just buying a new piece from The Fold, which reminded me of an experience from 2023 when I bought a suit for my film premiere, and subsequent festival tour.

I needed a versatile look that could be hip and sassy, to get me through six or seven festival talkback, parties, runway photos and interviews. As the Director/producer of the film, I’m much more comfortable behind the camera than in front.

I didn’t want to have to stress about what to wear or what to pack for each festival. I needed a uniform that I would look good in and that I could change up. So I bought their Jacket, cropped pants and vest – all the same color, navy blue. I matched the look with Jimmy Choo sandals, Zara beige pumps, and then white platform trainers -all very different vibes. I wore the vest sleeveless like a jumpsuit, another time with a white silk blouse and no vest, and then the jacket without a shirt and belted, with the pants and a red Jade necklace. And I rotated the looks from event to event.

Packing was so much easier & It checked all the boxes; smart design, leaning in with a fashion forward feel. It worked!

Was given great customer assistance recently when a package was lost by delivery service.
