I ordered kizoku unlimit what I received was kizoku limit totally different rta I send back over 10 days ago sent several emails with no reply customer service is none existing not happy at all don't order here I've gave plenty time for them to sort out avoid

I have bought the wrong item from them, checked that it hasn't been shipped and asked to cancel the order.. .... no response but 2 mins after my email I had a notification that the item has been shipped.... even if its 18:36 pm.
Will never deal with them ever again.
Money grabbing firm..... they can keep the money as its only £9 but they lost a customer. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Ordered a vape on Friday 11th march 2022. Paided a little more extra to get it here the next day still not received it. Toke the money out of the bank and not received my product sent them an email no response to that. Very disappointed beware people it might be a scam for all people.

Ordered twice received 1 order they said delivered but according to photo wrong address now they refuse to resend ty fog works and dpd they both don't acknowledge an email no other means to get in contact with them beware of the fog works soon as they got your money no customer services at all

Item arrived faulty, doesn't power on. Contacted customer service and they sent a replacement without any hassle and it works perfectly

I've had a very strange experience with The Fog Works. I ordered something as a gift for someone, verified my age successfully- I have the email confirming.
Suddenly I received a generic email saying my order had been cancelled for no apparent reason, just 3 random options, but no firm reason as to why. This item is still showing as in stock on their website now, 5 days later.
I've emailed asking why and have had no reply from this seller. Very disappointing customer service. Thankfully found the same gift elsewhere.

UPDATE… how many weeks later is this reply?! Thanks for confirming in writing that you have rubbish customer service. I’ve got the email VERIFYING MY AGE SUCCESSFULLY. Will gladly send it to you. Don’t come back with this pathetic, ridiculously late nonsense reply. It’s embarrassing for you.
