Always a great experience. They have amazing collar colors - especially seasonal ones. Shipping is fast.

Foggy Dog is great unless you have to return something.

I spent about $200 on my first order, was super excited for the products (pet id tags, pet id keepers, charms), and was happy to support rescue shelters.

Products arrived and I immediately noticed 2 pet id tags were defective/scratched with very obvious marks.

Then I tried reaching out to Foggy Dog. Phone number does not work/out of service.

Then I found an email. Cool, that makes things easy and I can send pictures.

LOL. I spent the next 23 days going back and forth with Vanessa in customer service. Might as well have been talking to a wall.

I finally gave up, they refused to take responsibility for the two defective items. It didn’t matter that I contacted them the same day of delivery, with photos, and I simply wanted the two exchanged out for the exact same product.

What should have been an easy return because hey, things happen turned into a needless weeks-long drama of me trying to return two defective items. Instead, when they refused for 23 days, I returned everything that hadn’t been used and wasn’t personalized.

I could sit here and copy pasta the email exchanges but I don’t want to spend any more energy on this awful company.

If you’re here reading bad reviews, you’ve probably already had to try to deal with trying to return something with them.

I will never purchase anything from them ever again.

I only hope my review saves anyone else the bother and wasted money.

The Foggy Dog is the only store we’ll get our dog’s collars from! The designs are adorable and hold up very well, especially for our dog, who has a habit of rolling around like crazy at the dog park. The buckle is also very easy to read, and I like that it’s one less tag she has to wear on her collar. We are very impressed!

I love the quality and durability of their products! We got Kashs’ favorite bow tie and collars from here. The dangles are a cute little touch and are so festive!

I've ordered multiple items from Foggy Dog now and they have all been amazing! The collars hold up beautifully and wash well. The harness is the only harness we've found that doesn't cause matting on our pup's fur. Will order again - not because it's wearing out or doesn't work, but rather because we want to add more cute patterns!

The collar we got my dog to wear on my wedding day is amazing! Great quality and fits true to size. Had an issue at first, and Vanessa from their CS team responded immediately to help me. 5 stars, couldn’t recommend them enough.

For collars and harnesses, I think their designs are really cute and thats the sole reason I've purchased a few, but functionality and durability are lacking. The clasps are bulky, heavy, and on a few of our collars they are very difficult to open. You squeeze it all the way and they just won't separate. We just don't love the harnesses. We like the fit to provide more coverage, that feels more secure. They also have the same clasp, frustrating. The sweaters on the other hand, we love those. Our dog loves his clothes and comes to us to put them on. They've held up through wash and wear just fine and we will buy more I'm sure. Currently have 5-6. We have a pug and he uses most of the Foggy Dog products, but we have bought collars for our bigger mix breeds.

Love, love, love this company! My little guy is all ready for Halloween and fall! He looks so cute in his gingham bandana and his new collar! This is my second purchase and I will definitely be shopping again soon.

I love The Foggy Dog! I have bought engraved collars for both of my dogs and one of their leashes. Everything is great quality, exactly as described and I love that they donate food to shelters when you order. They also keep putting out such cute designs every season.

The Foggy Dog has been a go-to for us for years now. The collars and leashes hold up so well to daily walks and still look great, and I love that the prints are actually cute without being over the top. Their beds are just as high quality, comfy and well-made. As someone who cycles through a lot of pet brands, it says a lot that Foggy Dog is one we keep coming back to. Also love that every order supports shelter dogs!

Love the designs and opportunities for personalization. The quality of the products are all fantastic, especially the ID tags... much weightier and more durable than I expected. Standard shipping could be a bit faster, but no real complaint there. Only wish there were more styles/options available!
