Defective remote control. Orb is a cheap copy that vibrates violently and does not fly. Cheap plastic materials that will break if bump into things.

No replies to emails! This is a scam, not the original fly orb! AVOID!

This company is the worst I've ever done business with. It took more than a month, almost two, to get the products which were promised to arrive within the week of ordering them. When it was clear they would arrive way too late I contacted them to cancel the order and they wouldn't allow me to. Then when they did arrive, one broke the first time it was used and bumped a chair. The Orbbs DO NOT hold a charge for more than a few minutes. All four of mine are defective. I have been in a dispute case since EARLY DECEMBER with PayPal over the purchases made from this illegitimate scammer company. I just want to return these pieces of junk. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY.

wish there was an option for zero stars! some friends had "the fly orb" that we played with in the kitchen at christmas, they were soo cool that I ordered some but accidently didnt search long enough and found this scam of a company. They ripped off the original "fly orb". I should have noticed the name "fly orbb". I got my items but they're junk! different than my friends. heavy on the top so they flip over. vibrates badly. and says 60 days return, well they're not answering my emails. Too many scammers in today's world...

Has to be a scam. Just like others have posted, ordered December 16th, still haven’t gotten it. Tracking is crazy nonsense and now finally today (Jan 19) says undeliverable, shocker…. Do not order from this company, wish I had seen these reviews before I had ordered:(

Do NOT order from this company. The advertised shipping dates and promise of express shipping are false and deceptive. I placed my order on December 19 and received it on January 17. I sent a couple of email inquiries and did receive responses stating that there were shipping delays and to be patient. The tracking info was no help. The first link was not valid with “page not shown.’ The orb also appears to be poorly made so we will see how long it lasts. This has been a most frustrating experience.

Ordered these for Christmas gifts on Dec.5. On
Dec.15 got an email that there may be a delay on shipping so I replied to cancel since they would not be here on time. After 1 month they arrived and I have repeatedly asked to return since I had to purchase a replacement gift. No reply time after time. Do not order from this company!

Orders in mid December and on January 12, 2023 still no product. Tracking (if it isn’t fake) shows the item cleared customs on January in Los Angeles. Tracking has not updated since then.
I’m now convinced this is just a slam.
I have asked Pay Pal for a refund since this should be covered with their buyer protection.

SCAM. ordered december 7th. has not arrived. the tracking showed it in Los Angeles, 300 miles from my home for 3 days. I just checked now (january 10th) and the tracking says it was in my town on December 26, but it is UNDELIVERABLE - returning to sender. why? (I have been checking daily from Dec 25 - January 1st, it never showed it was in my town's Post office... but now Jan 10th it shows that. I have not checked the past few days) that makes no sense. Emailed their customer support email, and nothing. no response ever. Their fake number on the site is not real either. 3072189795. scam scam scam

Total scam. Website states shipping for US orders is 2-4 days. It’s been 29 days and I am still waiting. Tried to contact them via email comes back as undeliverable and when I tried to call message directs you to email them using the email that came back as undeliverable.

***SCAM ALERT*** Ordered mid-December...still waiting for item to arrive. I emailed to cancel, was informed the item was already "in process", so couldn't be cancelled. The tracking is a bunch of nonsense ("Next stop Los Angeles Airport HK international airport", etc.), with no carrier named and updates repeated verbatim hours/days apart. Total waste of time/money and grandson didn't get what he wanted most for Christmas :( Time to contact cc and determine recourse options!

I ordered with this company on 12/13/22. I ordered 3 items a total of 107.00 and as of today I still have not received anything. These were going to be Christmas gifts and like the other reviews, I was told to be patient as they are a small company. I sent several emails requesting my money back....Nothing. The company I ordered from claims to be a small company based in California..However, my items came from China according to the tracking info. I just want a refund at this point.

Ordered 15 days ago during their free rush order promo (2-5 days delivery) and still don't have a delivery date. Company claims they're a small family run business but emails come from GKS holding (an e-commerce business in India?) and parts ship from a manufacturer in China. Working on getting a refund for this dishonest site.

Update...well we did receive the order over a month later. We gifted them to our kids for Easter (instead of Christmas) and the led lights broke off of two of them after just a few minutes. What a cheap, horrible product and waste of money. Of course it's too late to get a refund now.

I ordered over a month ago and they still haven’t showed up. No replies to emails or phone calls. Scam. I need to dispute with my credit card company now.

I ordered the Fly Orbb before Thanksgiving, and it arrived on Christmas Eve. I had to email them and request that they update the shipping info which they eventually did. The item was very cheap and broke within 20 minutes of use. I've emailed them to return the item but have not heard back. Don't waste your money or time

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. This is a scam site that will take your money and give a tracking number that never updates.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. It's a scam. When you place your order they will tell you they've already mailed it out to somewhere in IL. I don't live in that state I've left numerous voicemails and emails with no reply. They will simply take your money and run. You have been warned.

I ordered two on 11/28/2022 and I cant get a status on my order except for it's processing. I received an email that it shipped 11/30/2022 but the shipping number is very shady. I really am starting to think this is a scam company. BEWARE!!
