Highly recommend this Company
Highly recommend this Company. We had shopped around, had some ridiculous quotes, then saw this Company on Facebook, we were not disappointed! Very helpful and efficient with the planning of our floor, competitively priced, explained every step and managed our expectations on timescale. I have to say their fitter is excellent, he did a fantastic job of our herringbone LVT and discussed everything with us throughout, we are fussy and very impressed, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this Company.

What a Fantastic experience from beginning to end!
I rang the flooring outlet as I needed to change my carpet due to mobility needs. James came to see me at home and showed me a selection of carpets & underlays, he was both knowledgeable & Friendly and someone I was happy to invite into my home.
James was not pushy at all, he just guided me through the various quality & types of carpet while also looking at the thickness to assist with my walking.
I was happy with his quote and after paying I booked for the fitting the following week.
The fitters arrived as arranged & what a breath of fresh air. They were efficient & helpful and made a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Making me laugh along the way with their great sense of humour.
I would highly recommend “The Flooring Outlet” to anyone, from my first call to the office and all the way to the fitters leaving it was a great experience made very simple by everyone there.

Brilliant service and quality carpet
Really helpful staff who couldn’t do enough to help us choose the right carpet. We ordered a carpet that we found was actually too small and they changed it with no questions asked. It was fitted very quickly with no problems at all. I would definitely recommend this company for new flooring and will use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. I’ve used this company a few times before because they are so good (following a recommendation from a friend). Really helpful in the outlet and the carpet fitter was a lovely guy that did a brilliant job. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again in the future.

Initially wanted supply and fit but their timetable clashed with mine. Went in a few times and each time had very helpful young lads give me advice and answered every question. They were the best priced for supply only of the the LVT I wanted.

Locally supplied, quality laminate flooring for a great price.
The customer service was excellent and the laminate flooring I purchased was competitively priced. It went together really well and is a good quality for a budget type laminate.

They came out first and measured,I had full house done with Herringbone flooring downstairs,carpet upstairs and some cushion floor in bathroom etc.
