I can't say enough great things about this company. They have provided me with the trendiest clothes all year. If anything goes wrong with an order, customer service is there to help in no time and always makes sure that they can solve the issue. FashionPass can be used for any and every occasion or event! I can't wait to see all of the new clothing items and accessories for this upcoming season!

So far i am loving Fashionpass. The clothes are by far the best out of all the clothing rental websites and you can do unlimited exchanges throughout the month to get the max out of what you're paying.

Love fashion pass! I live in CA and I usually get my items the a day or two after I place my orders.

The customer service is top notch. I've emailed them 4+ times now and have been very happy with every single interaction. They go above and beyond to show customers they appreciate them. 10 stars if I could!

I’m a huge fashion pass advocate. Great customer service. I’ve emailed them twice with something I was unhappy about and they listened and made a change without me even having to ask - they recognize the importance of valuing each and every customer. I manage a customer facing team and truly believe FP’s success has a lot to do with their customer support philosophies. I also love the incredibly fast turn around. If I order my clothes one day, I can get them the very next day sometimes! This means I can do over four different swaps a month if I wanted! For $80/month 12 different outfit combinations, and I no longer have the desire to shop all the time for clothes I can only wear once for photos or events. Life changing service for style girlies

FashionPass has elevated the fashion game. With unlimited rentals and all of the hottest options there is something to wear for every occasion. Their customer service is super responsive and helpful. I always get my orders within days of placing. I only have great things to say about this company as a whole!

Not only do their their items come in nearly perfect or brand new condition - they also stay on top of trends with new arrivals daily, so my FP fits are always in season.

Fashion Pass is one of my favorite services! I work from home, so it isn’t practical or sustainable for me to shop for trendy pieces or items I’d only wear 1x. The quality of the clothes is fantastic and they add new arrivals each week. Shipping is impressively quick which allows me to swap out my closet practically bi-weekly.

Fashionpass never fails to amaze me! Not only are the options amazing and very trendy, the customer service is even better!! They have helped me with so many requests and questions that I’ve had, and they are very accommodating. I will be a long time member of fashionpass! Have to give a shout-out to Amanda, she helped me most recently and was so wonderful!

My absolute favorite. My wedding is this year and I’ve rented the cutest outfits for my engagement photos, bachelorette and bridal shower from Fashionpass, along with dresses for my friends weddings and baby showers. Their customer service is the cherry on top - anytime I’ve ever had a question or issue, they are so incredibly helpful and friendly!

I've tried several clothing rental options and like the flexibility of FashionPass the most. Their options are a bit limited but I'm hoping with growth, they'll add more to their repertoire. So far, I've loved just about everything I've rented and love the anticipation of getting my next box :)

I've been using FashionPass for a few months now, and I'm obsessed! I've told so many friends about it. Shipping is super quick and customer service has been really helpful whenever I needed them.

I’ve been a FashionPass member for a year and a half. I absolutely love using FashionPass to upgrade my wardrobe and it allows me to express my sense of style without breaking the bank. I was always an occasion shopper, I would over spend on outfits I would only wear one time but now I rent new, quality items every week and if I love something I have the option to purchase the item at a discounted price. I love FashionPass and can’t see myself using any other rental service!

The best solution when you have tons of events to attend. I am in a season of many weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, and bachelorettes and I was so tired of spending money on outfits I'll likely only where once. FashionPass has been the perfect answer to this problem and constantly has new items in to rent. The selection is great!

With the endless post-COVID events, back to work, and just the general day to day clothing needs, Fashion pass has saved me 1000 times over. Truly incredible customer service, the concept is perfection, and the beautiful, quality clothing is a plus! So glad I finally pulled the trigger and signed up. I'm never going back to spending hundreds on clothes a month that I will only wear once anyway!

I have been using Fashionpass for about 4 years now and I love it. The customer service is just superb. I like how they are constantly putting out new releases. Constructive feedback would be to consider alerting the customer if any item during their check out would trigger a package to go from FedEx to USPS. It has become an issue for me over the past year since FP started shipping with both carriers. I think it is important to alert the customer since (for me at least who has shipping times down to a science) it would alleviate unexpected delays based on the shipping carrier (i.e. FedEx takes about 2 days to get to me vs. USPS takes 4-5 days). Additionally, it would help to know if I need to purchase expedited shipping if it was to go USPS. Another pain point for me can be the lack of available sizes for popular items. It would be helpful if the website had a button to set up an alert via email for when a size is back in stock or even just acknowledge that certain sizes are no longer available to rent (i.e. I have noticed some items that never have a certain size come back in stock). As mentioned above customer service team is awesome at helping customers who reach out to let them know when an item is coming back or putting items on hold, however response times seem to vary so it always isn't very reliable.

The brand options are amazing and gives me the opportunity to wear so many things that i am so excited to wear but don’t think it’s practical to buy. The company is accommodating, kind and helpful. The team responds so fast if you ever need to contact them and are so sweet and lovely. When you place an order they are on it so fast and get it sent out super quick! And it arrives to your home with quick shipment. Makes it so easy to rent out multiple hauls each month so you can really get your moneys worth! This is not a usual thing obviously but thought it was worth noting just to show the ethics of the company and just how well they treat customers; i left some cash in the pocket of a dress i returned and instantly figured it’d be gone forever. Just in case i reached out and explained the situation to the company and a gal got back to me immediately saying they would look into it right away for me as soon as they were back in office on Monday. I didn’t need to follow up at all, first thing on Monday she got back to me saying they found the cash and refunded the amount to my card so i could get the money back immediately. The gal was so sweet and understanding too. It just meant the world that she cared enough to resolve the problem so quickly for me. I’ve legit never had an issue with the company and they’ve actually gone out of their way to make sure I’ve had a great experience with all my items and especially in this situation that i didn’t lose the money and got it back asap. I HIGHLY recommend anyone using this to rent clothes! I’ve gotten to wear so many cute things i never would’ve gotten my hands on if not for them! 10/10!!! <3
