Service is always excellent (prompt answers to questions about appropriate products for my skin, timely delivery, etc) and the products themselves are amazing and always arrive fresh. In addition, there are free products offered if one spends a certain amount, free samples with each purchase, price savings on bundles...a topnotch buying experience every time.
