This is the 2nd Honeywell Evohome…
This is the 2nd Honeywell Evohome Starter Kit I have purchases from Mid Wales Plumbing and Heating Supplies Ltd. This one for our new home and with the price rise in gas this year I think I will make big savings on my heating bill with this system . Thank you for a keen price and prompt delivery.

Hi Thor, thanks for your purchase and Trustpilot review.
I have investigated your complaint and have the following information.
You have purchased off two of our online shops on two separate occasions. Looking at the information we have on Opayo (our payment provider), The EVOHOME Shop transaction on June 16th seems to have gone through absolutely fine. However, the transaction on The INTERGAS Shop on June 22nd seemed to have issues. The only thing I can see differently between the two transactions is the fact you have both your address line 1 and address line 2 on the address line 1 line on The INTERGAS Shop transaction. Also, you put England as your County, instead of Shropshire for instance.
We are aware some card providers are very sensitive to this, and you must ensure address line 1, postcode and county is absolutely correct to the cards registered address for the card to transact correctly.
As for you point with the payments being taken, this was never ever the case. What happens when you make an attempted payment, is the funds are allocated or held by your card provider to ensure the card holder cannot transact beyond the cards limit. If the transaction fails (as was the case), the money is reallocated to the card or the bank before midnight of the same day.

Just excellent
I rarely leave reviews but I have to say the service and advice I received was absolutely fantastic.
Richard who handled my enquiry was a credit to this business.
Due to circumstances I had to order then cancel - repayment made within 1/2 an hour.
Finally a day later having to reorder the equipment was the latest specification and as this was a trade purchase the price was better than from the merchants.
Don’t waste time just order and relax delivery was before lunch the following day - just exceptional.

When looking for an Evohome system it is always worth dealing with specialists in their field ..... good VFM ... very fast delivery and good advice if you need it ... Although I am hundreds of miles away this is the first place I come for anything Evohome ....

Found what I wanted on your site no problem, ordered the kit and it turned up a few days later. Brilliant.
But can't review how it works yet as not got round to fitting it.
My old non internet Conrad system may still be the better system if you ignore the no mobile phone control bit as its thermostat / timers are wall mounted (they talk to separate rather than evo's integrated valves and the boiler control unit) so may get a better measure of the real room temp whereas the Evo ones only measure the room temp at the inlet valve close to the floor. But we shall see. Hoping Evo is as good as its mobile phone control when out will be a huge benefit

Best place to buy Honeywell or Intergas brands
I always purchase from the evo home or intergas shop as they carry everything you need from the brands I fit...
If I have an issue I know they will be there to assist, luckily not needed their backup yet.
If its in stock and you order in time its with you next working day well packaged and undamaged.

Excellent service from Tom who was both knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased items for a Honeywell Evohome system and there was a problem with one of the Wi fi valves but this was replaced immediately.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
