Excellent service at a reasonable cost
A Great company, The perfect experience, Excellent support on the phone, they explained about Evohome and answered all my questions about the components I needed to upgrade my home central heating.
The price was lower than other suppliers and next day delivery worked well.
What more could you ask for. Highly recommended.

Have to say a huge thanks to Richard & Tom for all the aftercare support helping us setup and commission the Intergas/Mixergy system they supplied to us. Impossible to get this level of service from any other merchant and we will be using again for sure! 10/10

Great service MWPHS
I was having a new Vaillant boiler fitted and my gas installer suggested that I buy an Evohomone Starter Kit, which I duly did from Mid Wales Plumbing & Heating Supplies. I would highly recommend this company, in particular the speed at which the kit arrived very impressed. In addition, I called as I had a query. Customer service was absolutely fantastic. Many thanks

Spent £1235 and ignored
Disappointed to have to leave a 1* review as its clear from the website these people know their products but here are the facts of the matter.
20th Sept - Purchased a complete Evohome kit online to upgrade the heating system £1235 - was duly delivered next day no problem so far - good service.
28th Sept - sent email asking for advice relating to CORNER type rad valves suitable for items i bought from MWPHSL - no reply
Didn't think too much of it, ordered several different types myself and deduced which would be suitable.
Managed to get the system fitted ( but not yet programmed ) with help from an old school local plumber.
19/10 discovered they operate a help forum, saw the small print about not being monitored closely, posted my relevant questions - no reply as yet - typing this on 25/10
As always i try to think the best, ah well, they are busy, ill drop them another email pointing them to the post, hopefully someone will assist shortly, did this 20/10 - no reply.
21/10, now getting pretty annoyed, cold and desperate, rang the landline number to be met with answerphone, left my mobile number along with verbal information about the forum post, no reply received to date.
It was at this point i thought id better look these people up. Seems the reviews have been largely positive, not sure what i have done to deserve being ignored but following two solid days of trawling the internet i have managed to program the system myself. A lot of relevant information is sadly not in the instructions although i blame Resideo for this more than MWPHSL
Seems MWPHSL like to defend themselves when they receive bad reviews, perhaps if that time was spent helping folk in the first instance it would be more beneficial to both parties? I look forward to hearing what they have to say.

Obviously I am disappointed with your 1 star review.
Firstly, and probably most importantly, we do not offer post sales evohome technical support unless it is paid for. The technical support package we offer is under the 'Our Services' tab on The Evohome Shop website.
Unfortunately, the assumption that a £1235 spend on a Honeywell Home evohome system equates to instant access to product installation support from us directly as a seller, is incorrect. This is clearly documented with the evohome overview document that is supplied in the box with your purchase. Obviously, Resideo's technical support (as you are aware, the manufacturer of evohome) on 03001301299 is FREE and the correct way to obtain product support for the evohome system.
I have checked through the emails (including junk and deleted) surrounding September 28th and I cannot find anything relating to a corner TRV email and unfortunately I cannot find any voicemail from October 21st. Talking to staff, Tom emailed you on October 21st asking for you to call him (after your email at 5:30pm on the 20th) but no-one remembers such a voicemail from this date? I find it weird no-one would have called you back if you did leave a message, as voicemails are checked daily by Tom and myself (although when we are busy on the phones, it might take an hour or so to realise the messages are there). All I can say, is sorry if it was missed.
The Evohome Forum is a historical forum from the days before Resideo's technical support was available. I have just seen your post, which I will respond to, but as it states clearly at the top of the forum (not hidden at all in small print), it is no longer regularly monitored by our staff. It seems a shame to delete it (which is an option), as there are lots of pieces of information on there that does help people with evohome.
I'm always interested if Screwfix, or Amazon receive 1 star reviews like this, when clearly the issue wasn't ours but simply a lack of understanding around the installation of the evohome system. We would always recommend evohome designed and installed by a professional and competent heating installer in any such case.
