Craig was so helpful and accommodated some short notice changes without complaint. The work was completed quickly, with minimal disruption and cleaned up agter himself. I am so pleased with the boarding, ladder and eaves shelves. My loft is now usable and for a bery reasonable cost! As a woman living alone, getting in the loft was a daunting prospect but now I can get in and out with ease. Thank you!!

On time and kept informed throughout installation. Clean and tidy and friendly. They informed on the day that the surveyor has quoted for shelving that was not actually required. They revised the quote and charged me less. Honest and top class service.

Very friendly and professional completed boarding two lofts with ladders. Kindly came backtwo weeks later as we hadn’t removed two water tanks. All rubbish taken away.

Really nice result - the loft boarding and hatch was completed quickly and the finishing done well, with all the mess cleaned up and taken away. Ricci and Craig are really hardworking and polite and the price was reasonable. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. The loft was cleared out, insulated and boarded, and everything was cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The whole process was completed in just one day, which was really impressive — especially as it was carried out by one person.

Great service from the 2 Craigs. After I broke my back on an unstable ladder leading to my loft I asked for a quote for a fixed ladder. Craig 1 called me promptly, and gave me an appointment for a quote. He was very friendly. The price I was given was significantly lower than previous ones I had from other companies for the same equipment.
2nd Craig came and fitted the ladder keeping to appointment time. Fitted very efficiently and clearing any mess making sure I was happy with everything. Now I feel safer climbing into my loft. Highly recommend 👌

I would highly recommend The Essex Loft Boarding Company they are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. We were happy with the quote which was very reasonable. They are very friendly and helpful and did a great job, we had insulation as well as a new wooden loft ladder and boarding, the house feels warmer straight away and now our loft is easier to get into and we have lots of easy to access storage space.

I can't rate my experience with this company high enough. I had a fire a few days before they we due to install my loft boarding. They cancelled my appointment for me at short notice without a fuss & held my quote until I was ready. The director called me every few months to check how I was getting on. Once I was finally ready some 8 months later they finally undertook the works for me. The job was completed to a very high standard.

The surveyor, Stephan, was polite, professional, and extremely thorough when assessing our loft. He took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of our questions, which gave us real confidence in the work being proposed.

On installation day, Stuart was friendly, punctual, and very tidy in his work. The loft insulation has made a noticeable improvement to the thermal efficiency of our home, and the quality of the loft boarding and ladder installation is excellent. Everything was completed to a very high standard with minimal disruption.

Absolutely great! Had my loft boarded last year and from initial visit was booked in within the month and completed in a day. All issues worked out with ideas of different approaches and finished with safety in mind. Looks great and professional. I had a new loft hatch installed, loft boarded where possible and a remote light added also. Can’t recommend these guys enough! Thanks!
