Like the title says, I got what I ordered. My only complaint is I ordered from them some 4 years ago for the first time and when I received my order there was a little surprise of some instant coffee and a heater for it extra in my box which was cool. But the cool thing was the personal note from them saying thank you for ordering from us. This time no note or extra item. I can handle the fact that there wasn't an extra item but, no note was a little bit of a bummer. Bring back the personal touch, it goes a long way.

At first it was hard because I had to call and use the you tube videos, now the website is better and it's easier to put in a order and with in days there is your order. I still like the you tube videos :)

I had been watching the reviews of The Epicenter's product reviews and taste testing; I had tried some of Mountain House pouches purchased elsewhere before so I wasn't thrilled with the quality and the high carb and salt levels so I wasn't in the market for more of this line. Their taste testing was entertaining and some of the reviews matched mine on a few.

But recently, I watched one of the Epicenter's review about the product Mountain House Chicken and Rice (Military Formula) and the positive reviews made me want to try it.

The ordering was simply straight forward, the ability to leave a note about delivery and the accurate product review is why they get 5 stars.

I will be ordering from them again!

Received my order with in two days. Great service. Have MRE's but do not have anything to drink. Ordered the Qwik Stik Mix 10pk and a couple others. Have tried the grape and I love it. Just add water. My son tried the cherry and he loved it also. Will be getting more for sure.

The title says it all - this company did a great job and got my stuff shipped to me almost as fast as if i drove to the store myself!

This was my second half case Sopacko MRE order from the Epicenter. No missng bits, especially the spoon or heater, which sometime seem to go missing from some other vendors. Not The Epicenter. Everything was as it should be. Shipping was quick like their site states. Will definitely buy from again.

Nobody could expect more in terms of receiving accurate, well packaged, and fast shipping. It would be great if you would consider a certain $ amount level of spending gets free or discounted shipping, and not just for 12 cans. For example, I might order 4 cans with a high $ amount that cost the same as 12 cans. Might want to consider using OnTrac for single or low cost items. Hope to buy more when you have monthly specials and limited / military release items. This was excellent 5 star service from people who actually know what they are doing. Thank you very much!

Shopping was easy with the rating videos where I could see what is in the can or in case of the MRE's whats in the bag. My order arrived very quickly. Customer service sent me a tracking number quicklyin response to my email request.
Shipping can be very expensive so I took advantage of the twelve #10 can free shipping deal and only paid for shipping on the MRE boxes. Overall a good experience. So far I have only tried the bananas which are very fresh compared to what I normally buy at the store. Will definitely order again to continue my emergency preparedness plan.

The Epicenter is the only place I purchase my MRE'S. The staff is unequivocally helpful and polite. If you ever have to call them on the phone, you will get a REAL LIVE HUMAN BEING!!! I have found no company that can equal the caliber of EPICENTER.

First time using them to buy MRE's and very satisfied. Gave manufacturer date, discount on slightly older products, and delivery was just as they said. Will buy from them again.

$15 for shipping was a too much when the makers of the product ship for only $5.00. I would have ordered other other items but the over charge for shipping turned me off. It did not seem worth ordering $19.99 of other needed product and pay another $15 bucks of "shipping & handling." I finally ordered what I needed from the makers of the product and saved $10.

Order was fulfilled and shipped without incident, however order arrived incomplete. Small slip up in the shipping department, but the customer service more than made up for it. After quick email they got back soon as they could and sent the missing remnants by 2-day express, very professional, and very helpful through the entire process. Will definitely buy from again
