I would give this a 0 if I could. I ordered an item from their shop and paid £24 for express delivery (1-3 days), but it took over a week to arrive. When I asked about the delay, they said they couldn’t ship it out on time. I then requested a refund for the difference between express and standard delivery (which costs £9), but they stopped responding. When the item finally arrived, it didn’t work—it wouldn’t heat up or function at all. I reached out to let them know, but they’ve ignored me completely. To this day, I’ve received no response. Absolutely terrible service—don’t waste your money. Avoid them at all costs.

Purchased item, poor quality and very cheap, the item was from china and faulty. Doesn't work and asked for a refund. Takes a over a week for any reply. Has to go through wowcher (who were not helpful). After asking to speak to a manager the company sent me a label I had to print off and sent the item back, the label was wrong and had to be sent from the post office depot. I don't live near a depot. Messaged them again, all I got back was a reply saying no problem you pay for the item track and recorded and print off all emails. Why am.i printing all these emails off.

Poor company, terrible communication and not professional at all. Stay away from this company. Will cost you more money.

Customer service is so bad and my experience is bad. This is still on going and still waiting for my refund and a reply from them.

Placed an order and had to pay x3 lots for delivery and it never turned up! They don’t reply to emails and are true scammers!

Dishonest and scamming company said they delivered my order when they didn’t. Lied and said they sent out another when they didn’t. Refused to contact supposed shipping company and refused to give me a refund. I’ve now contacted my bank. They are even rude when emailing you

If I could give it zero stars I would. I paid for an item and have never received it. Been chasing since beginning of December. The only time they have responded is to ask for my delivery address which I gave in the email before. Beyond a joke

Sent the wrong item, hasn't yet responded to my complaint or advised how to send the item back. Bought through Wowcher who are also impossible to contact. I will never deal with either organisation again.

Do not use! I purchased through Wowcher and will not be using either companies again. I was informed my first item had been shipped but they would not provide any evidence of shipment, they then informed me they had immediately shipped a replacement, again they would not provide me shipping or tracking details. I was then informed Royal Mail had attempted delivery, no evidence of attempted delivery was left by Royal Mail (normally a card is left so redelivery can be arranged) and when I requested that they provide this so I could arrange a redelivery I was informed they had arranged this for me. I continued to request tracking information or a refund. When they did eventually provide a royal mail tracking number there was no update available as delivery had not been attempted! Dishonest company with exceptionally poor customer service, would steer clear and never use this or wowcher again.

it is zero rated as ~~~~This useless store has sent me two that had no batteries and AA and AAA would not fit. I gave them a second and third chance with a rechargeable one which works when charging but not when you pull the charging plug out!!
Don't bother with this rubbish company. I paid to return the first and the second I gave away, I know that the rechargeable one will not work so that will go to a charity shop too.

Ordered two bicycle lights on the 9th November through Wowcher web site, and have never received them, very limited contact to resolve this issue, being told they will be posted on but still not received them or money returned to me, have no confidence that this will ever be resolved. Beware!!

I don’t recommend buying from here. I bought i500 TWS earphones and they were great at first but i noticed that the battery would go up and down when shown on my phone and they would die within at least 40 minutes which isn’t ideal. I’d looked at reviews elsewhere of the earphones before i bought them and it had great reviews, so i was disappointed when mines weren’t great. I think i might have been sold a different type as there was no writing on the back which was supposedly meant to be there. Don’t buy from here.

I ordered a pair of i500 tws earphones which came late and after receiving the product the speakers are broken. I've contacted the company and they haven't replied to any of my emails. So I recommend that you do not buy from this company.

I strongly do not recommend any purchases through theeletronic website 2 times I got damaged equipment, headphones that did not work. when I sent back the equipment no specific response from the store! deaf silence zero responses to emails and phone calls waiting around snapping. if you respect your time and money, never order through this page! telephone contact laughter in the room the guy pretends that this company does not concern him. but if so, why is the number given in it? joke and mockery of a man. I will add that you probably write these opinions yourself, because these are amazing two pairs of headphones that you sent me were out of order. drama

Ordered airpods waited 2 weeks (they state 1-2days on the website) and still no delivery, contacted company numerous of times with no reply! Paid with PayPal and its actually an eBay member not an actual company. Wouldn't recommend!
