New Boiler installed
Had a new combi boiler installed - replacing an old boiler and water tank setup. Kieran did an excellent job. He was super flexible when getting on the roof was a challenge (due to lack of information from my Factors) which meant he had to come back an extra day. Everything was left tidy and clean. Would definitely recommend the Edinburgh Boiler Company.

Great Service
Can't fault this company from first point of contact. Quote visit and installation day faultless. Friendly staff, David who quoted job explained everything and aswered all questions and Sean / Conner the fitters were efficient and pleasant throughout. New boiler much more efficient and hive app fantastic. Would have no hesitation recommending Edinburgh Boiler Company. Very competitive pricing too with good aftercare.

Professional from start to finish.Communication and installation were top class.
From the initial visit to the completed installation of our new combi boiler we were impressed by the professionalism of the Edinburgh Boiler Company. Our engineer ( Joey ) worked tirelessly from Wednesday morning until Thursday afternoon with hardly a break to ensure our installation went as seamlessly as possible. Our old boiler was taken away and everything was cleaned up when the work was completed. We would certainly recommend Edinburgh Boiler Company to anyone wishing a new boiler.

Leaking Valve
When any kind of plumbing issues occur, you are always worried about subsequent mess. In this instance, we had a badly leaking radiator valve in the bedroom.

The Engineer arrived on the date…
The Engineer arrived on the date arranged, messaged ahead with expected arrival time, arrived as scheduled and carried out the annual service quietly and efficiently.
Edinburgh Boiler Company installed our Gas Boiler (after the initial Developer installed Boiler had to be replaced due lack of spares, despite the boiler not being very old !! ) and we have had a very reasonably priced successful Maintenance Contract with them ever since - and we have every intention of continuing to deal with this Company.

From start to finish a great service…
From start to finish a great service provided by Edinburgh Boiler company. Having researched organisations fitting boilers it was a no brainer to reach iut to gain a quote. From point of submitting an enquiry on the webiste to fitting my new boiler was exactly 1 week. I booked someone to come and provide a quote a few days after inital contact and after agreement to the service the boiler was fitted the following week by a skilled and friendly Martin. On the day Martin communicafed his arrival time and expected time of installation. No problems occured during the day and Martin made sure he left the place tidy and showed us how to work the new boiler and thermostat. New boiler is up and running and can see a difference already in the heating system. Even received a follow up call from Gracie checking that everything was working ok and checking in on the installation. Overall very satisfiled and would definetly recommend.

combi boiler replaced
We had a replacement combi boiler installed. The engineers had previously tried very hard to fix the previous boiler with many solutions tried.
The new boiler arrived on time, the senior engineer Martin was very diligent, friendly and knowledgeable. He worked to overcome a few installation difficulties and really did a great job. The service from the office with Gracie and Hollie was excellent all along. We're very pleased to have an ongoing service contract with Edinburgh Boiler Company.

Heat Pump Installation Review
We had our gas boiler replaced with a heat pump by Edinburgh Boiler Company two months ago. While the installation process is disruptive (most radiators needed replaced, carpet and sub-floors pulled up), the team, which included Scott, Kieran and Daniel, did a great job of keeping us in the loop as to the progress, answering post-installation questions and keeping areas tidy as best they could over the few days the job took. On the sales and design side, Conor was very knowledgeable and helped answer my many questions.
Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was some marking on new floors and walls following the installation, and delays in getting email responses to some follow up questions I had. Other than that I would recommend EBC for heat pump installation.

We appreciate your honest feedback regarding the marks to the new floors and walls, as well as the delays in responding to some of your follow-up queries. While we always aim to minimise disruption and provide prompt communication, we recognise there is room for improvement and will use your comments to help us do better.

Clear communication and customer…
Clear communication and customer service was evident throughout the process. The technicians who did the solar panel and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) installation were highly professional and considerate. My only two points of feedback are;
1) Applying for the MPAN number from SP Energy Networks can be a slow process (up to 55 days). Everyone I spoke to reminded me how inefficient this stage of the process is and that it's out of their control. Be that as it may, I feel the installers need to lobby SP Energy harder to fix a system that is clearly overwhelmed or woefully inefficient.
2) The solar panels and AHSP I had installed are highly monitored by the manufacturers and require two separate Apps to control them. I don't yet have full confidence that they have been optimised to work together. I'd like to see the Edinburgh Boiler Company come back to fine tune them and ensure that the two systems are working with each other in the most efficient manner. It's too complex to leave it to the customer to work it out.
