The Ear Specialist Anmeldelser

During my appointment with Simon, I found the session both insightful and engaging. It's evident that his expertise shines through in his work. The way he communicated was both straightforward and easy to understand, making the entire experience unexpectedly pleasant. I highly recommend him!

They addressed all my inquiries and resolved any issues I encountered; the service was excellent.

Simon at the Ear Specialist in Ryde on the Isle of Wight saved my Christmas holiday. He saw me at very short notice as an emergency appointment and I am so impressed. He was professional, calm and reassuring, providing a painless and efficient service. Highly recommended 👌

I was unable to use my hearing aid as getting lots of feedback from it, audiology advised I needed to have the wax removed from my ear which was causing the feedback. I called The Ear Specialist late on a Friday afternoon, and even though they were fully booked, they understood how stressed it was making me feel and fitted me in that same evening! Thank you so much Simon and team, I’m now able to fully enjoy having hearing in both ears again and join back in life properly again 🤩

I had an interesting and informative appointment with Simon, and it's clear that he is a consummate professional.
Everything was explained in a clear and concise manner, and the whole experience was surprisingly enjoyable!
Thoroughly recommended.

I was made to feel really comfortable and had everything explained in a way that was easy to understand. Made to understand how my hearing loss can affect me and things I can do to help myself in busy situations.

This is the second time I've seen Simon and I truly cannot speak too highly of him. Not only is he a lovely guy, who takes the time to understand me and my issues, but he's a top top professional (and I've seen a few!). I have some hearing loss and may one day need aids, but he's never tried to push me into buying some - quite the opposite. His suction-based wax removal is quick, painless and very efficient. If you have any issues with you ears whatsoever, go and see him!

Very professional and punctual

I had an ear problem two days before going on holiday. Got in touch and was seen late on that day. The problem was quickly fixed. I was also impressed either Simon’s manner and professionalism. Looking around his surgery I saw quite a lot of new equipment. I will certainly go back if I have any more ear problems.

Answered all questions, solved problems I had, really good service

It was very easy to make an appointment and the availability was very flexible. I discussed the problem I was having and he gave me a clear explanation on what treatment he was going to provide. The procedure was very quick and he talked me through it and made me feel at ease. The treatment was successful.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything was explained and the wax removal was carried out with precision and care. My daughter is delighted that she can hear again.

Every step was explained. The gentleman was very gentle and made me feel very relaxed and spoke in a very clear.

Simon is professional and friendly, he explained everything really clearly to my son and went over and above to make sure he felt comfortable and answered all his questions. Really excellent service, highly recommend.

I can not thank Simon enough for his brilliant service. He was so kind, polite and helpful. I was amazed how quickly everything was done.
He also took the time to explain the entire process and made sure I have a good understanding of it.
Very easy and quick to book appointments too.
I highly recommend his clinic. Wouldn't go to anyone else!!

The waiting room and treatment room were comfy and spotless. The service was fantastic and the actual treatment was exactly as described, and was quick and worked perfectly well. Simon was great! Very professional and also was kind enough to find time to treat my partners ears too. Great service and would highly recommend. Thank you Simon!

Excellent website easy to use. Good choice of appointments, fast friendly service. Excellent communication via email and text services.

Simon explained to me how my ear infection had occurred and that my doctor should have advised the removal of my ear wax as well as putting me on anti-biotics. He gives a very professional service.

I recently went for my third appointment at The Ear Specialist and am always been impressed with the professionalism and friendly welcome. When it comes to ear care The Ear Specialist is definitely my first port of call on the island.
