Very professional and patient. As the mobile phone connection was poor, I got most of what was said, and I'll look forward to moving forward with the Directory guys
well done fella

I had a great experience with Directory Guys. Gino was incredibly helpful and understanding about my website situation. He took the time to listen, explained everything clearly, and gave honest advice about the best route for me to take rather than trying to push something I didn't need. I really appreciated his transparency, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help. Thank you, Gino!

I had an outstanding experience working with Sian. From start to finish, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. She explained everything clearly and took the time to ensure I fully understood the process, answering all of my questions with patience and confidence.

Sian’s communication was excellent throughout, and her professionalism gave me complete confidence in the service. She genuinely went above and beyond to make everything straightforward and stress-free. It’s clear she takes great pride in her work and delivering the best possible experience for her clients.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Sian and The Directory Guys. Thank you for providing such exceptional customer service!

Excellent service with proven results couldn’t be happier with the overall experience

Helpful and explained everything well.

Absolute waste of time and money!! Not one customer, months of payments for nothing, cancelled with them yet they still on a monthly basis charge my credit card!!! Go elsewhere, this lot are scammers!!!

Excellent communication. Very helpful in guiding me on how to set things up.
👌

Great experience from my perspective. Really effective at boosting rank in designated area. Good support with monthly check in call. Bianca is excellent - thanks!

They were both patient and professional when speaking to me and helped me get the job done.

the whole directory guys are awesome every single person professional and amazing specially Joya and Nivan

Directory Guys have been fantastic in helping us with our Google Business Profile. We had an issue with some erroneous reviews that were affecting our profile, and their team was able to resolve it efficiently and professionally.

The whole process was straightforward, and their communication and support have been excellent throughout. We're very happy with the service we've received and would highly recommend them to any business looking for help with their online presence.

Thank you so much for all your help!

Was patient and guided me through everything I needed to do. He was really helpful.

Highly recommend using The Directory Guys - great for small local businesses

This company will say they can get you to the top 3 with there package or money back guarantee within 3 months they took 4 months payment and refunded £94. They say they do work with you google account to optimise it then try to sell you other corses to make it easier for them waste of money don’t bother. Then after the refund the cancel you don’t ask you see see if you want to continue and they make it work. It won’t work they just take the quick money and go on to the next

Nivan & Chantelle! Quick, efficient and Very helpful. Assets to the team! Thank you.

Worst experience ever. When you ask them for peoples details who have left reviews they put the phone down. They pestered me for ages and said the company I was with were rubbish! Very professional, not! I stupidly decided to give them a chance . Website lost rankings straight away. ( from 1st page to page 8) thousands of pounds down the drain.

Both Nivan and Chantelle were great, took their time to explain everything, weren’t pushy and really easy to speak too. Keep up the good work guys

Andre’s extremely professional and has done a great job at getting my page up to the top of google search . Really happy with the service these guys provide as they’ve done a great job at getting my carpentry business up and running.
Would recommend the directory guys

Excellent service. Andrea was extremely helpful in sorting out my Google account, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.
