I ordered the Arcknights 5e Spell Effects set through TheDiceShopOnline. The set I ended up getting differed from any set listed on both DiceShop and Arcknight's websites, missing quite a few of the spells I initially ordered the product for.

However, after contacting Customer Support, Andrew helped me out wonderfully; From constantly updating me along the way about the status of his contact with the manufacturer, to fixing the problem entirely and sending over a new, correct set of spell effects. He even took the time to personally inspect the product to make sure it would be right.

Very grateful for Andrew's help and can thoroughly recommend this website.

The customer service is awesome. I ordered a lot of stuff, but mistyped the address, and after writing an email to the customer service, they helped me out hastily, with kind answers.

The company sold me a high-quality item, a new Lapis lazuli disk spinner, which duplicates dice rolls. When it arrived, it was nearly Passover, and I didn't have the time to study it properly. I was confused as to which circle was supposed to be which die, i.e. d20, d10, etc. The next afternoon, when I had the time, I noticed that the circles ARE indicated on the brass fitting, and therefore instructions are NOT needed!

I backed a Kickstarter in 2023 for a dice spinner. The product arrived on time, but unfortunately had a problem with it (that was likely due to shipping) and didn't function correctly.

TheDiceShopOnline folks were excellent about accepting the return and providing the replacement (which worked beautifully).

International shipping is brutal, and we both lost on that account, but the customer service provided was stellar and gained me as a customer for life!

Received a wrong dice set but it was replaced without any problems and without any further cost to the customer (free-of-charge return).

I have shopped on 'TheDiceShopOnline' on several occasions and have never had any reason to be dissatisfied, quite the opposite in fact.

The general resolution of the photographs on the website could be higher as could the number of pictures per item.

Highly recommended, nonetheless.

I've been ordering my dice here since 2015, and have never been disappointed.

It's a shame really.

I was looking at two companies for my purchase, I slightly preferred TDSO but had a question about the products. So I submitted a query but after a few days without response I assumed that they were one of those companies that never get back to you, so completed my purchase with the other company.

After 6 days they did get back to me, with a good response, answering my question, but it was too late as I'd already purchased elsewhere otherwise I would have bought from them.

Too late on this occasion but will consider them in the future.
