I reached out to the CV guru after being notified that I was going to be made redundant from my current company.

From completing my details on the website, I was emailed very quickly from one of the team called (Jen) who was very punctual and helped to get a background on my work history and what I was looking for. The details were then passed to (Emma) who is the MD and a consultation call was put in for the following week, whereby Emma had already drafted my CV based on the info I had provided, and the call was to get to know me more and give her the chance to get some finer details in.

The call was great, Emma made me feel like she had my best interests at heart and I found her to be very supportive. After the call later in the day, Emma sent over my first draft CV & Cover Letter and I was blown away with how well it was written.
