I had ordered gift box cards. Communication in the process was not expert like but the biggest issue is the quality of the products .The edges look like they were cut with scissors with uneven and frayed edges. Many can’t be used. No solution offered by the company other than ordering more and get some for free!

UPDATE 16.06.22 QUALITY ISSUES
After initially being really pleased, as detailed below, with our delivery we have subsequently had issues with the assembly of both box types but in particular the smaller ones. They had been glued incorrectly and therefore broke when putting together. This issue has affected over a 1/3rd of the delivery which is very significant to us.
I have emailed David twice since identifying the issue, provided photos and a video to show it was not user error but have heard nothing back. Incredibly disappointed, have hundreds of unusable boxes and no confidence that this wouldn't happen again.
Very disappointed and would no longer recommend this company as I fully appreciate issues arise, but they have not dealt with it at all.

Really happy to have found this company! Mainly spoke with David Storm, who responded quickly to my initial enquiry, helped me discuss and define the details of what we needed to the point of proof approval. Items are competitively priced, really good print quality and sturdy. For out items we have used inserts provided by TheCustomPackagingUK, everything fits and assembles really well.
Would definitely recommend and work with again.

Excellent service from the Sales Executive Chris. Quick responses to emails and very clear guidance on design of boxes. Speedy delivery (1 week) and the boxes are very good quality with clear bespoke printing. Will definitely use again.

I would not recommend this company. I requested envelopes to fit A4 sheets of paper, however the envelopes were too small, and unusable as a result. I've requested a refund but was told "this is not how it goes" which is a bit weird.

The person I was in contact with also repeatedly misspelled my name which was quite unprofessional.

The main issue I have though is that I was also trying to reduce the environmental impact of my business by choosing a local, UK based company to source my envelopes from, as this would greatly reduce shipping related emissions. This business looks like it's UK based by using a .uk site address, and having "UK" in their name, however, the package of envelopes I received was postmarked from Pakistan, and came with a huge amount of unnecessary plastic packaging. If I'd known the envelopes were going to be shipped from abroad, I wouldn't have gone ahead with the order.

This is the first time I have used this company, Chris Young assisted me with answering queries and the design of the personalised boxes I was after. Chris was helpful and knowledgeable and very accommodating in changing design details, always responding quickly with a new version to review.
Chris is very eager to help make sure your packaging is right for you. Sometimes a little too eager chasing for decisions but at least you know someone is handling your enquiry and its not sitting on the bottom of a pile being ignored as I've had experience of elsewhere.
Product takes about 3 weeks to be delivered so can't comment on actual product as yet.

Used the online chat facility and was assisted by Chris Young. He was quick with replies, knowledgeable about what I wanted to purchase and was friendly.
