Mixture of learning styles; reinforcements; ease of use

Very structured course with precision and good way of explanations. The role of CGI website that is excellently maintained lead me to flawless learning and assessment.

Everything is structured with CGI. Content was precise and fruitful. Some links for examples were not opening.

The diploma establishes a foundation of different aspects behind ESG development, providing an option to achieve knowledge confidence regarding the field's background. The platform is user-friendly for navigation. Another good thing was the customer and studies support, with relatively fast answers and encouragement.

Room for improvement include the fact that the content was outdated by some few years (which is critical in a fast-paced environment), and the fact that it is purely theoretical. I could not say that it provides hands-on experience with e.g. analyses and reports, nor that it really solves a skill gap in the way that it would had been desired. Provided in formation is often relevant, but rather generally described and pointed out to online resources. The expert interviews can be insightful, yet quite generalist and potentially staged/scripted (at least from the interviewer's end). I could not say that, after having completed the course with distinction, I feel extremely confident about being operational with a competetitve analytical advange in terms of ESG.

I'd recommend this course to someone without previous ESG knowledge looking for a theoretical foundation.

This was an excellent and very informative course. Each topic had a different expert weekly. Their industry and academic experience offered great insight into corporate governance. It also kept people interested and there was brilliant interaction between the trainers and people between different industries receiving the course.

I completed this Diploma with flying colours. How? The course used a number of methods of learning, including a case study that ran through the course, videos, text, and quizzes. The content was very visual. The opportunity to do a sample exam was very useful. I learnt a lot, which I have taken into practice. Now I need to find a board who wants me.

The programme flowed well, the material was just right. Used a mix of learning styles. User friendly. Summaries keys part and gave you materials to go in depth or reinforce the learnings. I enjoyed the experience.

The materials and structure of the course are very well designed and make it easier to progress at your own pace.

I found the support that The Corporate Governance Institute offers throughout the course toward a DipESG to be excellent! The course is outstanding, and I recommend it to anyone aspiring to make ESG an integral part of an organization's strategy.

Amazing support staff-it is difficult to juggle work, pursue the diploma and in my case be a mum. But the amazing staff you have made the whole process easy. I personally sought two extensions and they took me through the process with such professionalism and were so understanding. The human side of all the staff I interacted withstood out the most for me. And in particular-AMAL and her Manager whoever it is. I would highly recommend the CGI to the whole world for being so PROFESSIONAL

I was delighted with the content and the supplementary resources to help me understand the lessons.
As a litigation lawyer, I understand that I need to understand the client's difficulties with the process from a non-legal perspective. Knowing the client's challenges is something I value, as it can make all the difference when conducting a case.
I have one suggestion: make the platform more user-friendly. It's not always intuitive how we can access all the content available to the students.

The course content was good and I feel much better prepared to work with an ESG strategy. However, there were some areas, especially in the early modules which were out of date and didn't include events from the past few years which is unhelpful given the environment is fast moving. There were also a few niggles with the exams, the same questions being asked more than once or requesting 3 answers but only allowing 1 to be selected which left a negative impression of an otherwise excellent course.

Very comprehensive course material, which was easy to follow. It was challenging, certainly made me think, and gives you all the knowledge you need to focus on all things ESG within your organisation. I would highly recommend. Thank you Corporate Governance Institute!

I Completed the online part-time Corporate Governance Diploma at the CGI and found the content, delivery and administration of the programme all to be of a very high standard.
