I cannot thank Carla Wells-Burr and her team enough. Right from the start she was very understanding and empathetic of my cirmustances, she then lead me through the process of remortgaging my house in a very stressfree manner. No question was left unanswered, no email was left without a reply. I would and I will recommend them to everyone.

Buying our first house!
So far our experience with Cooper Associates has been nothing short of fantastic! Our Advisor has been Graham. He has generally made us feel like we are his only clients, to the point he was helping us whilst he was on holiday. He has been extremely efficient, and has made us feel at complete ease during a process that we have no experience of. He has answered all of the questions we have and provided us with the information promptly. We will absolutely be recommending Cooper Associates to our friends and family, and hope they get to experience the same as we have so far.

Great service from Oli Strong and the team at Coopers, we had a DIP within a few days after applying and an offer of a mortgage soon after, very happy with the overall service. Will definitely be approaching them when we remortgage.
