I'm so happy I found this site! I can't speak for any other staff members as Kem is the only person that I had contact with, however he could not have been more accommodating! I ordered multiple controllers, awkward designs, and Kem was working with time constraints (entirely on my part). Kem kept me in the loop constantly, he got my orders to me in time for the date I'd hoped for with extra effort on Kem's part.
So grateful, highly reccomend, thank you so much! 🥰

Really cool dude, very helpful and gives good details about controllers and anything you need to know. Sent off 3 broken pads which all had stick drift. Came back fixed, really fast and styled how I wanted. Couldn’t recommend this guy anymore! 100% legit and 10/10 for the controllers. Cheers :)

5 stars, customer service is top tier and really friendly, bought as a gift and they accommodated a special request not sold via the website which I also thought was brilliant, controller came in and had brilliant build quality and lasting longevity due to upgraded analogs, will most definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend the service aswell as it came very fast which was another bonus, highly recommend

Ordered a retro ps5 controller with pretty much every extra you could get. Not only was it cheaper than anywhere else but the controller is great, the clicksticks are the best button/paddle system I’ve used. Turn around time was also the quickest ive seen and the communication was great. Couldn’t be happier, thanks guys

overall communication is great and response and repairs are great only giving it a 4 star due to time constraints on receiving my order back to me as was told 4 day turn around but then took just over a week otherwise would of been 5 star

I got the TMRs and Back grip. Both came back better than expected and I was generously given a new front panel because my old one was broken. Very genuine people that care a lot about what they do. MUST BUY

I sent in two controllers for repair service and to have TMR upgrade s . One had a stick drift issue, and the other received four modifications and an upgrade. The quality of the build of the controllers was great. I would recommend to come to this service if you need any repairs they do quality service.

I got TMRs on the edge and they turned out absolutely perfect. The soldering is extremely clean and professional, and the attention to detail really shows in the quality of the work. On top of that, the customer support was outstanding—quick to respond, helpful, and very friendly. Overall, an excellent experience and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommended!

I had a left stick drift issue and sent my controller in, team was extremely supportive and communicative when I emailed them over the weekend.

They even diagnosed my controller for free, and found another issue in my right stick. They upgraded to a drift resistant TMR for free, in spite of me offering to pay, and sent me a testing video.

I will definitely go to them again when I have any controller issues.

I ordered a custom PS5 controller for my son’s birthday, and it turned out absolutely perfect. The design, the feel, the quality — all top-tier. My son was over the moon when he opened it!

The controller did arrive a little later than expected, but I have to give a special shoutout to Tom, who went above and beyond to make sure it still arrived in time for my son's birthday. His communication was clear and reassuring the whole way through, and you could tell he truly cared.

Friendly service, fast turnaround and great quality repair! I've had several dualsense controllers in the past that suffered from stick drift, and this TMR upgrade is a huge improvement!

Tom at The Controller People was extremely helpful with my query and replied promptly to my numerous emails.

My item was sent back to them for repair on the Friday, and on the Saturday I received an email to say it’d been fixed and was on its way back to me. I can’t quite believe the speed this was turned round in, it’s very much appreciated.

Bought my TCP Ultimate from The Controller People for the new hall effect analogues. Digital Triggers and ClickSticks are always good. Customer support has always been good since PS4 days.

The guys at Controller People were really helpful, the coms were first class, nothing was too much trouble, and the after sales was excellent.

Ordered item the week before Christmas, arrived within 6 days despite really busy time of year. There was unavailability of a chosen colour and Tom got straight in touch with other options. Really responsive, excellent service and product. Son loves the aesthetic and says controller is very good and adaptations really improve his game. Would highky recommend.

I highly recommend using The Controller People. We bought a customised controller from them, they had fantastic response and communication.
