Guys who did the job were friendly, arrived on time and got stuck in to the job, the joiners, plasterer and painter were excellent, as others have said, communications from office could be better, but no complaints though

The experience of getting the roof replaced on our conservatory went like a dream.
From the initial enquiry to completion everything went like clockwork from the day the works started. The professionalism and courtesy of the workmen was exceptional and the quality and workmanship was exceptional and the coordination of the different trades was perfect.

The roof insulation has made a real difference to the temperature in the conservatory. The installation went smoothly and the two fitters were polite and conscientious. When they were finished everything was clean and tidy and all rubbish was removed.

Great service. Communication from office was excellent, everything took place as scheduled. The tradesmen were friendly and personable and did an excellent job. Cannot recommend this organisation highly enough.

Old glass roof removed and replaced with insulated tiled roof, very efficient and completed without a fuss.

The team arrived on time and worked hard to finish our roof (inside and out) in three days. They were followed by the plasterer then painter. They were all friendly, polite and took great care of our property. They cleared everything away and cleaned up. They took great pride in their work and we are delighted with the finished result. Our conservatory is so much warmer and cosier and more like a sun room.

Excellent work done with a minimum of fuss and to a very high standard. The overall result was well above my expectations. I would highly recommend.

The fitters were excellent, very hard working. The weather was very hot when they fitted our roof but the boys never stopped and finished our job in two days.
Overall I am delighted with the work and finish well done our team.
The one downside of the whole thing is the guarantee, it’s all about what is not covered and makes me worried whether we have done the right thing using this company. I now have real concerns about the strength of our roof.

I am very pleased with my conservatory conversion. The team has done a marvellous job. Robbie and his team worked nonstop and cleaned up as they worked. The electrician was very efficient and completed the wiring for the lights quickly and with little mess that was cleaned up quickly. I am especially pleased with the plastering. The painter did a wonderful job and tidied up as he worked. The finished job has been greatly admired by friends and family. I now can sit in it during hot summer days, where as before it was far too hot. Deborah at head office has been very helpful. There was a small snagging job to be done and she arranged for it to be done as quickly as possible. Ricky completed the snagging. He has done a wonderful job. All credit to the whole team for a job well done. I should have had the conversion done years ago.
