If you are about to order, don't. I took a chance, and they are NOT what I expected. I thought I was getting something soft as a cloud.... instead, I have hard sponge that won't stay on my feet. NO I do not want to wear socks with them just to keep them on my feet. I live in the south... we don't wear socks except maybe in the winter. I was walking through my house and thought maybe I could break them in so to speak. As I was walking, the left shoe just flipped off and I fell, twisting ankle.
If you have a wide foot, you may have better luck. If you like walking on a hard surface (I have plantar fasciitis and it kills my foot), then get them. I wouldn't even take these for free.
Maybe my expectations are too high.

I ordered 2 pair on March 8, 2026. I got one email stating that it may take a little longer since they were running low on product.
On April 3rd, I sent an email inquiring about my order. They wrote back saying they would be "on top" of my order and they would see that it would be shipped immediately.
As of this morning, April 10th, I have NOT received an email regarding my order NOR have gotten my bank account reimbursed as I previously directed them to do! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Again, wish I'd checked Trustpilot before placing this order. My whole issue is not so much about the quality but the sizing and "non-existent" return policy. The toe box on these shoes were super extra-wide-nothing mentioned about this on the site. They scam you into thinking you're buying from an American company as they have a distribution center here in the states. However, for returns, they make you return directly to Asia. Ridiculous! They know that no one is going to do that for a $30 shoe-it would make no sense. So sick of the scammers!!!!

Even after following the instructions on how to make the slides softer, they were still very stiff and uncomfortable. I contacted Cloudies support and even though I provided pictures and narrative as to why I was unsatisfied and believed the slides delivered to me were defective, Cloudies refused to refund me or remedy the situation unless I returned the defective slides at my own cost to an address overseas. I will never buy from this company again and am writing the Better Business Bureau to notify them about the deceptive policies of Cloudies. I’ve also been sharing this review anywhere and everywhere I am able until Cloudies refunds my purchase.

I have purchased cloudies several times in the past and I absolutely loved them! I recently made a purchase. It took me 20 days to get my purchase, but I was relieved that I finally got them however they are not the same quality they are very hard and uncomfortable! I did contact customer service and they offered me 20% on my next pair but who’s gonna buy more hard shoes! The quality of Cloudies have gone to sewer!

I would give them no stars if that was an option. They are an absolute scam. They are WAY TOO BIG and extremely hard and uncomfortable. I am very dissatisfied with them and am kicking myself in the butt for ordering them. Now I just need to swallow the cost and just throw them away. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !

Slow shipping. I ordered a size 7 and also size 8 shoe and was sent 2 pair of size 8. My order did not post European sizes in it. For some reason they do not u seat and that someon with a size 7 shoe can’t wear an 8. Very poor customer service. Never again will I place an order with this company. For customer to have to pay return shipping for their mistake is not right.

The shoes are so wide that they are unwearable, and I don’t have a narrow foot. An absolute waste of money.

I ordered from cloudies and needed to cancel. Their customer service sent me an email instructing me to refuse the package. I did this and it has been looping through usps tracking for more than a month. Their return address doesn't seem to exist. The company is Chinese and a scam. It's been over a month, and I still have not been refunded. I've emailed numerous times and each time they reply, I'm told my case has been escalated to finance and my refund is processing. They are lying and nothing is happening. I will never order from them again.

They are hard plastic and very uncomfortable. Returns have to be made to China at the buyer's expense - more than the product is worth.

I regret not reading reviews before ordering, because my experience mirrors many of the complaints now easily found online.

From the beginning, the shipping process lacked transparency. My credit card was charged immediately, yet tracking information never updated. Each time I checked, I received an error message stating that tracking details could take several days to appear—but they never did. I was hoping to receive the sandals in time for a beach vacation. The package did not arrive before I left (11 days after ordering), and because tracking never updated, I had no way to know when—or if—it would be delivered.

When I returned home 10 days later, I found the package sitting unattended on my front porch, clearly visible from the street. To this day, I still have no idea when it was delivered. This represents not only poor service, but a serious failure in basic order transparency, and it created an unnecessary residential security risk by signaling that my home was unoccupied.

The company’s response was equally frustrating. Instead of addressing the issue, I was offered a 30% discount on a future purchase—an offer that assumes I would ever consider buying from them again. I also learned only after the fact that returns require emailing customer service to obtain a return address, and that the product must be shipped back to China at the customer’s expense—often costing more than the item itself. This is material information that should be clearly disclosed before purchase.

AND, the product is bad. Even though I ordered the same US size for each pair (8.5W), they were different EU sizes ranging from 39-41. I later learned from customer service, when attempting to return because the sandals don't fit, that each style has different sizing equivalents -- who would have guessed?

Had I known the true shipping delays, lack of tracking, costly international return requirements, poor product quality, and ridiculous customer service, I would never have placed this order.

Save yourself the headache and frustration, don't buy these sandals/shoes!!

Scam company ! Changed the size I ordered in my cart to make a sale. Extremely difficult to contact and tracking is nil.

Do not order these. They are hard plastic, very narrow cutting into your toes and when you want to return you must send return at your expense to China. Nowhere on the website says where they are located. Just a generic no hassle 30 day guarantee. The kicker is in the email reply about returning they state “if that is a hassle for you we will offer you a 30% discount on a future order”. Do your research before buying online.

Wish I had checked reviews online first, going through the same as everyone else. Items not shipping, label created and sitting for almost a month now and they refuse to cancel my order…. Do not order through these folks directly got through Amazon if you are set on a pair of these, at least it easy to cancel and return that way.

Refuse to allow me to return a defective item. I even sent them a picture of the damaged shoe

SCAM!!!! SCAM!!! DO NOT BUT SHOES FROM THIS COMPANY!!!The company's return policy does not mention that the products must be shipped back to China, which is not stated anywhere on their website. When I checked with my local post office, the shipping cost exceeded the purchase price of the sandals. This return situation is extremely frustrating and demonstrates poor customer support. I have received no refund, no response back and no prepaid shipping label to return the items. The sandals were not as advertised in terms of sizing, as per the instructions on the website. It is unreasonable to expect customers to bear the cost of returning items to China, which is not in line with proper e-commerce practices. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB), Trustpilot, and several social media platforms to report this issue. The fault lies with this company, not the consumer.

Think zero stars is more fitting. Package supposedly delivered but delivery picture shows some unknown address. Purchased the shipping protection but 10 weeks later still waiting for cloudies to conduct a "thorough investigation" even though shipping company has already advised them of the error

These are scammers that advertise risk free 30 days money back guarantee and there is no indication in their web site that it needs to be returned to China...
When I reached out to the vendor, they kept trying to convince me to take a voucher for a discount for future purchases in their store instead of returning, and they did so in several emails back and forth even though I insisted on refund and then they warned me that they are in China and will refund me for 20% of the total purchase.
When I finally started checking reviews I realized that this happened to many customers already. In BBB their address in the US is as Mail box....

Shoes are a terrible fit, they take forever to ship and the company wont allow customers to post bad reviews. Stay Away
