We are glad to have a physical zero waste refill (sustainable) shop also based in Loughborough where customers can bring in old containers to refill with food, and a wide range of cleaning products. A very efficient and personal service
A very efficient and personal service. We ordered a dust pan and brush . It arrived promptly and we were kept informed each step of the way. I really liked the fact that it was not some bot from an email that we could not respond to but named people who engaged with us to ensure that we were happy with the service. The product itself is really good and very robust .

Excellent dishwashing bundle I couldn’t find anywhere else. The staff was friendly and helpful and the package was delivered quickly in all paper wrapping.
