The offerings from the chocolate cellar consistently bring joy and are frequently so visually stunning that you hesitate to indulge in them! I have a particular fondness for their unique blend of flavors. Additionally, the owner is charming, always engaging, and approachable.

Collaborating with Bala on a custom project was a delightful experience. Her communication skills were outstanding, and she offered tremendous assistance throughout. The outcome far surpassed what we had anticipated.

Emailed as I wanted to know if they did vegan truffles (gift for a friend). They replied quickly and also rang me yes they did. Very helpful and friendly. Have ordered before and will continue too. The chocolate is really nice. I especially love the hot chocolate. And the Christmas trees make lovely gifts. My order is in.

I was impressed and delighted that even though I ordered from ‘The Chocolate Cellar’ during that time when everything had closed down, immediately after Christmas, Bala received my order, and personally took care of it, without hesitation, so that it arrived, by post, in advance of my Great Nephew’s birthday on 6th January.

As usual Bala was able to take my order and although Christmas isn't here yet I know the order will be delivered on Christmas Eve and will be perfect! Thank you so much Bala and Penny. I am so glad i have found such a gorgeous chocolate shop nestled in the heart of the Wirral, Cheshire. all chocolates are amazing, but the cinder toffee chocolate is incredible, I can’t get enough of it.

This was a great experience. It was educational, fun, interesting and we got to try making chocolate in moulds. We had a little quiz and a hot chocolate and got to take the chocolate home that we made and decorated. I would recomend this as a nice gift experience young or old. Also nice to do it in a small group as we did.

Beautiful chocolates delivered promptly

I ordered from this lovely chocolate shop to deliver to a recipient who is local to the shop. The owners went above and beyond to get the order delivered quickly even though they were about to go on holiday. The recipient loved the chocolates and said they were both beautiful AND delicious. I am grateful for this experience and will not hesitate to order again. I hope to visit the Chocolate Cellar in person one day.

The chocolate cellar's products are always delightful, and quite often so pretty you don't want to eat them! Especially love the unusual flavour combinations. The owner is lovely and always chatty and friendly.

I bought a selection of chocolates as a gift for a friend. The chocolates were amazing and the customer service from Bala was second to none.
