We've returned to this company for a second year, choosing a different chalet this time. The accommodation was once again very cozy, and the staff from New Zealand, along with a few Brits, were incredibly attentive. We're already considering a trip back next year. - Peter

Stunning chalets with warm and welcoming hosts who couldn't do enough to make our stay exceptional. Every plate of food was outstanding as was the wine. Highly recommend. We will be returning for sure.

Stayed with The Chalet Company in Chalet Eleanor in Meribel Centre for Christmas 2023. What a superb week we had. (Family of 4). The process from the initial online enquiry to arriving in resort was seamless and stress free thanks to the fabulous Fiona. Chalet Eleanor is well equipped and in a central location neat great restaurant and bars with easy access to the slopes but the shuttle service is a great option especially at the end of a long day skiing. The chalet menu/food/service was excellent thanks to our hosts Molly, Star and Karina who looked after us extremely well (Christmas Dinner was fab Molly). Overall an excellent 5* experience and holiday thanks to The Chalet Company and all the amazing staff. We will be back. X

We spent the New Year in Meribel with the Chalet Company at Chalet Daurel and had a fantastic week. Our experience with the Chalet Company from start to finish was excellent and we would certainly use them again on our next trip to the 3 Valleys area. From the original booking and finding the right chalet for our group to the sorting of the menus because we were a little fussy, the brilliant chalet team and also the minibus team - everyone of the Chalet Company went above and beyond to make things very easy and enjoyable for the whole group

We could not recommend the Chalet Company enough and certainly look forward to going back again soon.

Our recent stay with ‘The Chalet Company’ in Meribel was AMAZING. The accommodation and location were breathtaking, but it was the hosts, Eddie, Issie, and Georgi, who made our stay truly unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met, from providing delicious meals to catering to our diverse dietary requirements. The entire team, including the drivers, were friendly, approachable, and professional, adding to the overall sense of comfort and convenience.

‘The Chalet Company’ also took care of our ski equipment and transfers to the airport, which made our trip even more seamless and stress-free. They arranged for our ski rentals and delivered them to the chalet, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. And when it was time to leave, they organised our transfers to the airport, ensuring that we arrived on time and with plenty of time to spare.

The food and wine provided by The Chalet Company were highlights of our stay. Each meal was expertly prepared and presented, catering to our diverse tastes and dietary requirements. The hot tub was also a welcome addition to our stay, providing a relaxing way to unwind after a day on the slopes.

In conclusion, our stay with ‘The Chalet Company’ in Meribel was truly unforgettable, and we cannot wait to return. The combination of comfortable accommodations, exceptional service, outstanding food and wine, and flawless transportation created a vacation experience that exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend ‘The Chalet Company’ to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free ski vacation in the French Alps. Our group unanimously gives our stay a 10 out of 10 rating, and we are already making plans for next year. Chalet Evergreen, Meribel. Outstanding holiday, the chalet was perfect for 15 people. Ski in/ski out. We had a great team of chalet staff, that went over and above. Food from Amy, Grace and Bex was wonderful, the team made our holiday perfect. We would definitely use The Chalet Company again. Amazing memories made. Thank you!

This is the second year we have stayed with this company but a different chalet this year.
Again a very comfortable chalet and attentive staff from New Zealand.(and the occasional Brit)

We had the best holiday with the Chalet Company. They were so helpful from the moment we booked and during our week everything was so organised. Everyone was so friendly and they really looked after us during our stay. Not to mention that the Chalet was incredible and the food was great. We would definitely go through the Chalet Company again.

The Chalet Company is the best inclusive group ski holiday I've been on. Having done a few group ski trips around France, we were blown away by the service. The booking process was swift and easy and the staff were reliable and contact at all times during our trip catering to our needs. The food and wine was exceptional, and the quality of the chalet was fantastic too.

We stayed at Chalet Panda Lodge at the end of February and I have already reached out to The Chalet Company about the issues during our stay but for most I was met with, "I'm sorry, but...."
Starting with the good - location is great, all the staff we met were professional and polite and helped out where they could. The chalet is spacious and well set up.
Moving onto the bad - whilst the location of the Chalet is great, it is right beside a nightclub which in any communication with The Chalet Company was not mentioned. This nightclub stays open until 5am and people gather outside. It lead to sleepless nights for much of the holiday.
Despite advertised there was little/no Wi-Fi in the property. It worked on one floor only but barely at all. This was continually mentioned but not properly addressed. Most of our group required to work during the trip so this affected things massively.
With what little sleep we did get, the bed pillows in the chalet made it even harder. They are the worst I have ever experienced.
Unfortunately for the price we paid, the food was not luxurious or that ample. Very simple meals which were cooked well but but fell well below how the Chalet had been advertised. Portion sizes and any extras were very small.
As you can see, we were very disappointed with our stay, however the weather was great and we found Meribel a great base.

We had a fantastic time at Chalet Nano. Our hosts, Elise and Daisy were so kind and considerate and their food was delicious. Cannot recommend enough.
With regards to the location, we hired ski lockers which Anna helped us with before we arrived. This meant it really didn't matter that we had to get the ski bus or Gondola. I would definitely book again.

Third visit with The Chalet Company, Eleanor is a great chalet in a perfect location. A big thank you to the team of Anneliese, Hatti, Hannah Jane, Livvie, Rhys and Anna for organising us and the fabulous food and service, and to all our drivers (Richard, David, Shaun, James and Connor) for delivering us to the slopes and picking us up from apres. A big thanks also to our informal ski, restaurant and apres guides of Nikki and Karyn. A fabulous week

Communication was 100%. They helped organize everything pre trip including transfers, dinners out, reservations, and were very accommodating to dietary needs of the whole group. Would recommend to groups planning a ski trip

Recently returned from a great week staying in The Chalet Eleanor. From the minute we arrived we were treated very well by pleasent approachable staff who made us all feel welcome. The staff at the chalet were very attentive providing refreshments and a wide and varied menu throughout the week. No two days were the same and all food and drink was presented at a high standard. The chalet was kept clean and tidy for us and although a busy week for them, the staff all found time to spend helping us with local information etc. What I feel this company do well is recruiting the right people. Enthusiastic and hard working was what I saw at Eleanor. Also the bus service is excellent. Always on time and loaded all our gear making sure we got to and from our destination in one piece. Worth its weight in gold. So a massive thanks to in house Hannah Jane (HJ) Liv, Anna and Rhs, and also to our chauffeurs Sean, James, David, Richard and Connor. Best wishes to you all from the McCartney, Wemyss, Devanney, Williams, Fordyce and Baird crew.

We had an amazing holiday in Chalet Impala. The Chalet Company were fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful UK team, and all staff in resort were wonderful, especially the chalet team -Bea, Jack, Dani and Dan. The driver service works brilliantly, v short drive to the slopes/town. We were sad to leave and will definitely book with you again.

Great chalet (Chalet Bruyere, Meribel). Great service. Friendly staff. Very helpful staff pre departure with any queries we had and helped us book transfers, skis, etc etc, and generally answered any query we had. The resort staff were also excellent… great afternoon cakes, plenty of delicious food, and even picking up additional groceries for us from the shop that we wanted for packed lunches! The drivers were also great who dropped us off and collected us from the slopes each day (a very short drive to the slopes and apres ski from thr chalet.). We would definitely stay at this chalet again and travel with the Chalet Company again. Massive thank you to Phil, Anna, Heather, Romain, Libby, Lee, Richard, Dave and all the resort team in Meribel and UK booking office team.

Cannot fault the Chalet Company! Brilliant service! Every member of staff we dealt with before, during and after was professional and helpful. The chalet was as described and clean with amazing hosts and food to match. The minibus service was invaluable and made getting around so easy! Thank you to everyone, would recommend and will certainly book again!! Special mention to our hosts Heather, Romain and Libby who made our whole family feel at ease and we’re great company. Don’t question it just book!!

I had a great holiday with the Chalet Company. From the moment I booked, the service was excellent. I was offered advice and support with questions about ski hire, restaurants and transfers. I booked the holiday late and as such transfer options were limited. However, Anna was able to source a cheap bus transfer into resort and also arranged a private transfer with another couple from a different chalet which reduced the cost leaving. The Chalet was lovely and brand new. It had everything you need. The chalet hosts were fantastic, very friendly, welcoming and kept us fed and watered with lovely food. The beer and wine was free flowing and of good quality and the place was kept very clean. The Chalet transport service was also exceptional. The convenient pick-up points allowed us to get to and from the slopes and apres ski with such convenience. I would highly recommend using the Chalet a company and I’ll be going back next year.
