The Career Edit provides recruiter-led CV, resume and career support designed to help jobseekers present their experience more effectively and compete more confidently in the hiring process. Our services combine real-world recruitment experience with professional careers guidance. Rather than focusing simply on formatting, templates or keyword stuffing, we look at your application from the perspective of the people making hiring decisions. That means considering how quickly a recruiter can understand your experience, what your positioning communicates, whether your strongest evidence is being prioritised and where your application may be losing impact. Services include recruiter-led CV and resume reviews, full CV and resume rewrites, LinkedIn profile optimisation and tailored interview preparation. Support is available for professionals at different career stages, from graduates and career changers through to experienced managers and senior leaders. Every service is delivered remotely and in writing, allowing clients to work through detailed, personalised guidance in their own time. CV and resume rewrites are provided in editable Word and PDF formats, with a refinement round included. The Career Edit works with clients in the UK and internationally, including professionals targeting opportunities in the US and other global markets. Each project is approached individually, with recommendations based on the client's experience, target roles and current job search rather than a one-size-fits-all template. The aim is straightforward: to help strong candidates communicate their value more clearly and give themselves a better chance of being understood by recruiters and hiring managers.

Manni Rai is outstanding!
Manni Rai kept by his word throughout the process. I had a new CV within 48 hours as discussed. I'd recommend Manni to anyone who is seeking work, has a tired CV and needs a fresh approach. All in all, excellent work Manni. I take my hat off to you Sir!

Strategy over formatting!
I am extremely pleased with the service I received. In addition to helping me create a more polished and well-formatted resume, Manni provided invaluable guidance in fine-tuning and elevating my positioning. That strategic insight was by far the most valuable part of the experience.

I reached out to The Career Edit for a resume review and it made a real difference. The recommendations were specific and practical, not generic advice, and after implementing them I started getting noticeably more recruiter interest and interview calls compared to before. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to sharpen your resume and get real traction in your job search.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Valuable service - highly recommend!
Manni was great to work with and was helpful and attentive throughout the process. He helped me position myself for more senior level roles, and after a month I received a job offer that’s not only great for my career, but pays 20k more per year than my last job. 🤑

Would highly recommend…
Manni really helped me through the process of getting a full CV review and he really highlighted my strengths in the new CV. He provided great support as I applied for new opportunities and I would highly recommend this service especially if you’re not sure if your CV is 100% right.

Made me realise how much I was underselling myself!
I appreciated his honest and detailed approach. He’s very supportive, insightful and knowledgeable, and he definitely knows what he’s doing!
Especially at a time like this where everything is filtered out by AI, he made me realise that my approach wasn’t the right one.
I’ve been planning a career move for a while now and was struggling to get my transferable skills through.
He also made me realise how much I was underselling myself!
I feel more confident now, especially with my skills and knowledge.
A simple “thank you” doesn’t cover it! 😊
PS: I’d definitely recommend to go for both the review and CV rewrite!
At the end of the day it’s an investment on your own future.
