I found The Cardboard Cut Out Company on a random Google search and I could not be happier with the product and the service. Nathan went above and beyond to ensure the quality of the cut out was right and the cut out got to me in plenty of time for a birthday celebration. Excellent!

They went above and beyond to help me out with a cardboad cut out of my late mum who requested a rather bonkers celebration of life party. They couldn't have been more helpful and helped restore a poor photo to make it happen. I had several chats and follow up chats to make sure i was happy. What a fab company!

I couldn’t be happier than with the service provided here. I ordered a cardboard cutout for a christmas present and I ordered too late to get it before Christmas, which was totally my fault as it was clearly stated on the website. I rang the customer service number and spoke to the lovely man in charge who first of all offered a refund (even though it was my fault), but when I asked if I could come pick it up because it was too late for him to send it, he went in 2 days before Christmas to make the cutout for me so I could pick it up before Christmas. The cutout is perfect and just what I wanted it to be, but the service here was unbelievable and it saved me for Christmas!!!!! Thank you so much and would massively recommend ordering from here.
