I'm so pleased I bought the course! The videos were really informative but short and manageable chunks to digest. It also made it so simple to go back through and find the relevant clips required.
Strongly recommend for anyone looking for a clear guide to labour!

I loved the course, it made sence and was easy to follow. My partner and I were able to watch the course as and when we needed which worked so well for our lifestyle. I followed the Facebook page and loved reading all the positive feedback from other mums. After my baby was born, I felt like I still had that support online and was able to ask questions or get advise as well as give it. It made me feel very empowed and very privileged to be a mummy. I honestly owe so much to Beth and this course. I've used it for my labour with my first born 2 years ago and I was able to have him the way I wanted and remember the experience to be amazing. I am now revisiting the course with my second pregnancy and don't have to pay again. I've used the course to help friends too.

The course is very informative and helpful. Made me feel much more prepared and less anxious. Love that you can rewatch the videos indefinitely. Access to Facebook group and WhatsApp groups too which have been invaluable. Excellent value for money. Thank you.

The only antenatal course you need. Easy to dip in and out of and access the information you need to prepare you for your birth experience.

The birth chapter is a great tool to help get you through those contractions and remember ways to help you cope and keep calm. I had an Induction of labour and and SVD, active labour 8 hours and only pushed for 20 mins for a 4kg baby with a second degree tear. I am a midwife myself and found Beth’s course really helpful and have been recommending it to all my friends.

This course is amazing, without the techniques I learnt there's no way I would have gotten through my difficult labour!

I was pregnant with my first last year. I was extremely nervous about giving birth and I was recommended this by my midwife. I was a bit sceptical about doing the course and wasn’t even sure if I wanted to know everything about labour. I couldn’t of been more wrong.

This course gave me all the tools and information I needed to go into my labour calm and empowered. I was even exited to give birth which I never thought I would say. Without this course I wouldn’t of had the labour I had.. I know that for a fact.

The evening of the 1/6/22 I started getting mild contractions. By 10pm they started to get more intense and more frequent. We went to the hospital and they told me I was 2cm dilated and that I could either stay in (it was a quite night on the labour ward) or I could go home. With the tools I had gained from this course I knew that my labour would be much quicker at home so I made the decision to go home. I decided to get into the bath and managed to kill 3 hours worth of contractions by relaxing as much as I could, listening to the relaxing section of the course. When I got out of the bath to my surprise I was 10cm and very much in active labour. My partner rushed me to the hospital in record time and I had my daughter within an hour and 30 mins with just gas and air!!!

My labour was the most magical and empowering experience of my life and I can’t thank Beth enough for making me feel this way.

My daughter was born 02/06/22 exactly 1 week overdue in a very calm and happy environment.

My partner and I have found this course really helpful and feel much more confident and reassured about birth and what to expect, the relaxation techniques and ‘cheat sheets’ are particularly helpful.

The bump to baby chapter saved me during my second birth! After my first birth and blocking everything out and being very unprepared, I figured I needed to find a way of having the positive birth that I really wanted. TBTBC is an amazing course and taught me so many techniques to keep calm and look at birth in a totally different way! This time going into an induction I didn't feel scared, and had my bag of home comforts to make the process as calm as it could be. After turning up to the maternity ward, my contractions started before I could be induced and I continued to be upright and forward, knowing that my baby was possibly back to back. The midwife spoke to me and offered the pessary to induce the contractions but talked through other options of giving me a little bit of time to see what happened. I decided to give myself a bit of time ad I could feel the contractions were becoming regular and was happy to see how it went. I progressed well and before I knew it was 4cm and getting ready to go to delivery. Although at this point I felt I needed an epidural as I was beginning to struggle, I soon realised that I'd got to this point with nothing and gave gas and air a try whilst they got all of my notes ready and examined me... turns out I was 8cm and my baby was coming very soon. Once realising I was 8cm and coping better now I was using the gas and air, I continued to breathe through contractions, and soon enough was feeling that urge to push.. I had to have my waters broken as they were still in tact and the midwife sensed that the baby may have pooed inside which he had, and as soon as they did that it was time to push! A few pushes later and my baby boy was here! I was so proud of myself for coping so well with just gas and air at the end ❤❤ 3 1/2 hours in active labour and my little baby boy was here! Thank you so much TBTBC for guiding me and so many other expectant mums through thus amazing experience! I have recommended you to so many other people to guide them through their birth! I had the most beautiful birth experience in October 2021 and I owe it in part to doing this course. I was able to confidently and calmly navigate labour and birthing my baby with the full knowledge of what my body was going through, how my baby and body would be working together and most importantly how medical professional would and should being supporting. The ability to ask the right questions meant I was not undermined or pressured into anything. I’m pregnant now and will be redoing it to make sure this time is just as memorable.

Beth’s course really helped me prepare for Labour especially in the last few weeks leading up to it. Her breathing techniques I found especially healthful and the fact you can do her course at your own pace from your home is an added bonus.

As a first time mum, the bump to baby chapter really helped me through my pregnancy. At first I wanted all the drugs to push that baby out, but with Beth and my own midwife teaching me about breathing and exactly what to expect when during labour, I was able to deliver completely naturally. Thank you so much to Beth for the in depth and easy access videos, I certainly watched them a lot during the end of my pregnancy and they helped me to feel calm during my labour. I also really enjoyed the checklists for packing, it came in handy for sure! I can’t thank you enough ♥️

I found Beth and the baby chapter on instagram first and found her to be so open and honest about various aspects of having a baby so decided to purchase the bump to baby chapter, best thing I ever did! I was so nervous about having a baby but Beth’s content put me at ease being so clear and informative I couldn’t put it down once I started. I have also gained so many life long friends from a WhatsApp group being made from other mums doing the course with babies due the same month as my daughter! Being first time parents, we wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of pregnancy, Labour and after. We bought all 3 courses and found that it equipped us with enough knowledge to not be terrified of the situation even though we didn’t manage to finish everything as baby made an early arrival.
My partner found that he was able to support me through birth and even used EBRAN while I was in Labour.

I used Beth’s videos during my first pregnancy and I have recommended it soooo many times.

I honestly think watching the videos was what got me through 43 hours of labour with no pain relief….at all!! Until the end when baby decided to turn and we had to go to theatre….baby will inevitably always decide but nevertheless, I truly think this is what got me through!! Invaluable information!!
