The Bump Chapter and Baby Chapter really helped us to prepare for the birth of our first. Beth's clear and helpful videos were such a wonderful resource and we fully intend on watching them before our second is born in a few months! Lifetime access and the ability to do the course in your own time really worked for us and our busy schedules. We tell everyone we know who is pregnant about it. Thank you Beth for creating such a great resource for expectant parents.

I am not a person who usually writes reviews but I felt I should this time because of my experiences. I signed up to the bump to baby course for my first baby because I didnt fancy doing antenatal and hypnobirthing classes. I found it gave me lots of good knowledge and preparation that helped me get through a very difficult back to back birth (vaginal delivery). I had a debrief with the consultant midwife after the birth and she couldnt believe how much I knew about what to do throughout the birth and all the different positions and breathing techniques which meant I had minimal intervention and pain relief with such a difficult birth. So I want to say thank you Beth for such a brilliant course. I never went through all the content but now I am nearly due with my second baby, I am going through it all again and viewing some of the bonus sections too which are well worth doing by the way. I can really say I am feeling confident and prepared for my second birth thanks to such a comprehensive course. It's split down into short and easy sections which you can do at your own pace and review at any time. My husband (who doesn't have any concentration span!) even watched the key videos and found them useful. I am a reserved person and a big worrier so its quite unusual for me to feel so confident and prepared! Thanks again Beth!

I brought Bump to baby chapter courses as I was pregnant thought covid so no classes were available and I was scared of giving birth it was all new and scary first time pregnancy nothing was on offer
Beth's courses really helped me relax and keep calm lots of help and advice detailed videos all different sections on what to expect and what was on offer in terms of pain relief
I would 100% recommend Beth's courses to anyone and I would buy again if I have another one

Really good value course. Very informative with bite sized videos on practically everything you need to know. I loved that it's medical based with hypnobirthing as this makes sense to me. I found the techniques very useful for my birth and feel that even though my birth wasn't straightforward this course contributed to my positive birth experience.

Incredibly informative course, with so many elements to support you through your pregnancy and prepare you for birth. The course covers everything you need, and also has a section to support those with any risk factors to understand more about their choices.
I felt calm, knowledgeable and confident going into birth because of Beth, and found the relaxation and hypobirthing techniques incredibly helpful during labour. The information I learnt on the course allowed me to stack the odds in my favour and I had an amazing, positive birth experience that I'll treasure forever.

Firstly, it was online. Which was great to fit in around my normal day.
Secondly, the videos are short, and interesting.
Thirdly, although you would associate hypno birthing with a vaginal birth, which I ideally wanted in a pool, it actually really prepared me to know that I had the choice to choose the way I wanted. So when my baby wouldn’t drop even at 2 weeks over, I knew I wouldn’t want an induction and chose to have a c-sec. Knowing me and myself, I knew I would relax and enjoy a c-sec more. Thanks for this course, I know I could still have skin to skin, still have delayed cord cutting, my partner could even cut it, I could breast feed as soon as I wanted, we had our own music and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect birth and proud to have had a c-sec!

Bought the birth prep course & baby course. Very good for a first time mum, videos are informative, options to join individual WhatsApp groups. We have condensed ours down to a group of 26ish ladies who are still speaking every day, 2.5 years later. We all would never have met if it wasn’t for joining the group

I used the Bump to Baby chapter with my first (childbirth is scary as a first time mum right??) It was the single most helpful thing besides baby first aid! The techniques of breathing and focusing, the affirmations helped me to get through 13 hours of labour with my first born and 11 hours with my second with no medication and the right to say no to multiple offers of sweeps and inductions. I was able to use everything I had learnt the first time with my second who was born 5 weeks early in July '23.

I would recommend this course to anyone who needed a bit of guidance around birth and anyone who feels a bit nervous or anxious around it too, it was honestly the best money my partner and I have ever spent.

Bump to baby was recommended to me by a friend! It was the BEST thing I did alongside my hypnobirthing. I loved that I could do the course in my own time and made so many notes!! I rewatched the videos so many times during my pregnancy and in the run up to the birth of my son.
Doing the course made me feel more confident for my labour. I also purchased the after baby course too which I also felt supported those early weeks.
If I were to have another baby I would certainly do the course again without hesitation.

In 2021 when I was pregnant with my daughter, I’d seen online and heard from friends about The Bump to Baby Chapter, but I thought ‘how can a online course help with birth and labour?!’ How wrong was I! It helped me feel relaxed, excited, powerful and knowledgeable about things that were going to happen/ could happen, and how I could use techniques, positions etc to best birth my baby. My labour and birth were amazing and I have always raved about how I loved giving birth!! I’m now pregnant with my second baby (due in 5 weeks!) and have loved doing the course again plus seeing the extra videos that have been added. Again it has altered my hormonal mindset, made me feel so positive and excited, and ready for what’s to come. I have actually met the lovely Beth in person and thanked her for her amazing course! I have always and will always recommend this course to anyone and everyone!

I used bump to baby chapter back in 2021 for my first pregnancy, and found the course so useful and factual. I had my first boy at 41+1 with a labour that did NOT go to ‘plan’, but I felt in control of my decisions and he was delivered with assistance a healthy 9lb 12.5oz. I remained calm throughout the whole process, so much so the midwife said she had never seen someone so calm amongst the chaos that was happening in my labour!

When I found out I was pregnant with my second son, I recapped the course again and felt even more empowered and knowledgeable second time round. I was being pressured for induction due to predicted large baby, multiple scans and consultant appointments, but because of the course and the knowledge I had, I refused and made my own choice to be left to progress naturally with my pregnancy and labour (much to the dislike of some consultants!). I had my second son 15 days past due date, spontaneous labour weighing a whopping 10lb 5.5oz, with breathing techniques and a bit of gas and air only! It was the most amazing experience, and I will forever be grateful to Beth and the bump to baby chapter for helping me enjoy my two births, and allowing me to look back with such fond memories when welcoming my two gorgeous boys into the world x

Beth's course was fantastic to get us prepared for labour and birth as well as informing us about pregnancy along the way and lots of key info about the newborn stage. We could go through the videos at our own pace and rewatch them even after baby had arrived. Beth delivers the necessary info in a clear and informative manner with so much experience behind her. I'd absolutely recommend for anyone looking for antenatal and postnatal courses.

I think this course is absolutely fantastic. When I read several reviews about it in the past, I knew that it was going to be something that was worthwhile.
I ended up having a really wonderful birth experience, even though things didn’t go to plan, and I ended up with an emergency C-section, I never felt scared or like I didn’t know what was happening. The course had prepared me so well and that’s all thanks to Beth!

Not only that, I cannot emphasise enough, the positive impact the WhatsApp group that was created by all the fellow members that were expecting their baby in the same month. The girls on that WhatsApp group have been lifesavers, no matter what time a day or night, there’s always somebody there to speak to about something you’re worried about or just to know that you’re not going through something alone.
Over 10 months have passed since we’ve had our babies, and we still speak to each other every single day or ask each other questions or just support each other as our babies grow and learn new things.

So if you’ve got any doubt in your mind, if this course is worth it. Please, please erase that doubt.

Absolutely phenomenal preparation for pregnancy, birth and beyond! Considering I’m someone who cries from the pain when I stub my toe, I cannot believe I got through 3 days of labour with no painkillers! I owe a HUGE amount to Beth and her team and I cannot shout loudly enough about them.

I took this course before giving birth to my first child and it is the #1 thing I recommend to any expecting moms. Beth/the course gave me breathing techniques that I used during labor AND a lot of knowledge/empowerment about birth in general so I was able to make educated decisions during my labor. It’s also not a biased method or a method that teaches you that there is only one right way to give birth: Beth explains all birthing scenarios and gives practical advice.

Informative, user friendly, easy to understand and perfect tone. Gave me all the tools I needed to have a positive birth and feel prepared for what was to come. This is coming from someone who was PETRIFIED about labour. Would recommended 100%.
