The Brooklyn Pet Beds Anmeldelser

Nice and quick service, very easy to deal with, thank you. Our dog is taking a while to get used to his new bed, preferring to sleep on the floor most nights but I have noticed over the past few nights, he's been sleeping in it. Didn't want to give up his old bed I think

Prompt service and great service. The bed is perfect and still looking great despite a puppy who loves to chew. Many thanks!

Super quick delivery. Description and product match. Really is a fab bed. As a dog trainer I see so many dog products and I'm really happy with this as a winter bed for our dogs.
I didn't purchase back when you couldn't zip off the cover for washing, but now that's solved, I'm a very happy customer.

Quick delivery. Quality product and best of all, the dogs love their beds.
I needed indestructible beds and The Brooklyn seems to be the one.

We purchased two dog beds for our senior staffies, one who loves a walk and one who never wants to walk.
Since we got the beds the lazy daisy is suddenly keen to go for walks. They are slow walks and not very far but we are blown away by the change. She’s had more walks since we got the beds than she’s had in years.

Order and delivery was simple and fast. Video instructions delivered clearly so you know what to expect and how to set up. My puppy just loves it. She regularly goes to it without promoting. Ed bought a second one within a week so she has one upstairs and downstairs. And it looks great with the house decor. My partner wants one in human size

My frenchies absolutely love the brooklyn beds. They snuggle right into them and once in a deep sleep they become sloth dogs. Discount sales are always good and delivery is always fast. I love the new removable and washable covers as in the past I used to wash the entire bed which was a bit longer to dry. I wish I could add a photo

This dog bed is top notch. The quality was visible as soon as I examined the product. I can see it lasting for years. My dog had hip surgery when he was very young. I've always had his comfort in mind. I've tried different beds to assure his comfort but as he's getting older and arthritis is setting in, I only wanted the best and I truly believe I found it.

Fantastic product! I got 1 complete bed and 1 extra cover.
The extra cover I put on their “old/new” bed as I couldn’t afford 2 beds at once… omg the cat took that one over!
The main bed has competition between my 2 boys! The games they play to get each other out! So funny.
Saving to get another one! Can’t recommend this product enough! Thank you!

Awesome product, Poppy loves it

Easy to order and quick delivery. Dog beds are of excellent quality.

Awesome bed, the dog loves it. My only feedback would be to extend out the period that the discount vouchers are eligible for. Cheers

This is the 3rd Brooklyn dog bed I’ve purchased and it’s always been easy to order them online and they all have arrived really quickly. My large dog just loves them.

I got two beds, for their advertising that it’s superior quality and wont get ripped into. I was so wrong. I got the Nest which was expensive, >$300, but thinking it would last a long time and be good for my dogs health I made the splurge. Within months the foam under the cover was covered in black mould from top to bottom. This was never indicated that it could happen. and unsure of how long it was mouldy under the cover while my dog has been using it. The company’s response was that this is normal and consistent due to pets natural oils and drool etc (isn’t it made for dogs and the drool etc should be a consideration when designing?) they and suggested using anti mould spray to fix it and washing the cover more often. I was t gonna add more toxins to the toxin. I threw the bed away. They refused to refund or replace. Gave me a “gesture of goodwill” refund of 30% off the one bed. The other bed which the zipper broke and my dog shredded the inside they refused to replace the shredded part or the bed itself. and offered I buy a new one at cost price.
Super disappointed in this company, the poor quality of their products and their response to a customer who’s made several purchases from them. Will not purchase from them again and recommend that everyone spend their money elsewhere if they’re after a quality product with reasonable customer service.

Good service

Absolutely love my Brooklyn dog bed (but more importantly, my doggo loves it!).
The best quality on the market and the customer support team are wonderful. We will buying more in the future x

Wonderfull my dog look so cozy that sometime feel to join

We received the bed promptly and it was exactly as described. Our Golden Doodle adapted to his new bed immediately and loves snuggling in his new bed.

The dog bed rated for my dogs weight and breed is not padded well. Her butt slams on the floor hard when she does her nesting thing and lies down. When I contacted the seller they recommended I purchase another bed more suited than the one originally purchased. I now add an old padded dog mat under the Brooklyn to compensate for the dollar store bed on top. Don't waste your money. Slick ads, great promises, poor performance.

Great service and great bed. The dog loves it.
