Ordered an umbrella from these clowns…
Ordered an umbrella from these clowns over 10 days ago and still haven’t received it. Status has been stuck on waiting for carrier to update.
This is a basic thing retailers need to get right = fast delivery.
Judging by the other reviews it seems like they’re scammers anyway so I don’t get my hopes up.

Didn't even buy from them
Didn't even buy from them, added an umbrella to my basket, went to check out then decided to buy a different one else where. Since then they've bombarded me with emails and texts despite me unsubscribing. One email is ok but harassing people to buy your products is the most off-putting thing!!!

We automatically send all potential Customers who abandon their shopping carts 2 reminders to complete their orders as most dont complete their orders because they dont have their cards handy and still wish to complete their orders. We do not contact lost Customers after that. I'm sorry that you have chosen not to buy from us.

As it sounds with previous reviews (wish I had seen before) I brought the executive umbrella which broke after a handful of times. The mechanism popped right out of the handle and button disappeared. Contacted customer service who were completely disinterested. Guarantee is only for 30-days and offered 25%. Won’t be taking them up on it. AVOID

Hi Jake, I'm sorry that you chose not to take up our offer to assist you with paying for a replacement umbrella. Our guarantee covers manufacturing faults and delivery damage but doesnt cover Customer damage. From your comments, it seems that we offered you an assistance as a goodwill gesture as our valued Customer. If you believe that this is incorrect, please contact us again and we will happily review your case.
Poor quality
Bought an umbrella from this company. It had been used no more than 4 times when the handle became unattached from the shaft. Pictures sent to the company to which they replied with instructions how to glue this mysef. I asked what the guarantee period was and was told 30 days. Very poor quality.

Hi Steve, I'm sorry that you werent happy with our response. I think we offered to repait your umbrella but you offered to do it yourself, which is why we gave you instructions. If you havent been able to do so successfully, please contact us and we will repair your umbrella for you.
Flip umbrella fail to Impress
Thebrollystore.com order date 03 Monday July I email them asking about my order after 4 days and getting no answer then the day after that I email them again and requested them to cancel my order, then to my surprise the day after they did email me to say that my order had already been processed and I should have had an email to say that, but I hadn’t and now it’s with the Carrier: Hermes world but when I did get a tracking number from the delivery company the delivery date is 14th to the 19th of July for delivery I did get it on the 15th July so not to Impress with the delivery as for the umbrella not very happy with it a flip umbrella that’s cost £38.80p it doesn’t close as I through it would and its smaller, the last flip umbrella I had was far better than this and only paid £5.00 for it but that was 4 years back but it just go to show that the more expensive ones are not always the best, would definitely not buy this umbrella again also their returns policy unbelievable

Hi Vincent, I have reviewed our correspondance with you. You emailed on the 6th July and we responded on the 7th to confirm that your order had already shipped and gave you the tracking details. Unfortunately we cant stop an order being delivered once its left our distribution centre. We have not heard from you since. Please contact our support team if you have any issues with your umbrella and we will be pleased to help.
Appearance Great, Flip Useful, Fails in bad weather!
Paid over £30 for ‘executive flip umbrella’ First time used in the wind, the frame bent out of shape. Emailed the brolly store on 29th March 2023, by 11th April 2023, had received no acknowledgment, let alone a response to email.
While umbrella looks great and is quite heavy in weight, it failed to deliver on a key claim by the company. I also have a large ‘flip’ umbrella which also turned inside out when it was windy!
Appearance great, flip useful, resilience poor!

Customer service let down and no refund
I cannot get this company to honour my online purchase and supply the umbrella I have purchased for my daughter ! They are blaming the courier and fobbing me off and now ignoring my emails . I am upset and disappointed , its no good having a great product if you cant get it to your customers safely

Hi Trudy, we spent a lot of time assisting you with this matter as the courier delivered your parcel but between us we couldnt find it! We also sent you a replacment order as well. However we are pleased that this matter was resolved in the end! We have never fobbed you off or ignored any of your emails however.
