Order has not been delivered
Order has not been delivered. Was given a tracking number that doesn’t work unless Royal Mail “attempt” to deliver. Meant I had to buy inferior supplies from the high street.
**UPDATE**
After an email from The Brews Bros this has been rectified and I can vape the best juice happily again now. They even offered to replace the order free of charge even though the fault lay entirely with Royal Mail. Thank you Brews Bros!

Good company to deal with
Placed my first order with these guys recently.

Very speedy despatch and a well packaged delivery arrived quickly.

Customer service is outstanding
Flavours and prices are great as always, as is the customer service. Not a massive fan of every single flavour, but the selection, pricing and attentiveness of the team at Brews Bros is more than enough for a 5 star rating.

Really great juices, a great company for buying eliquids
I don’t often do TrustPilot reviews but I feel like this one is warranted. First of all this is only the second time I’ve ordered with Brews Bros. The liquids are incredible value and I noticed they were VERY coil friendly and tasted great. I was really surprised because I’ve noticed a lot of companies that have very flavoursome liquid kills my coils quickly but the majority of these sit well with my coils for a lot longer than most other juices.
My second order there was a bit of a problem with the shipping company but BrewsBros quickly amended any problem, were quick to sort the issue and the customer service was great. Really pleased I found these guys, and they’re very fair with their prices. Would highly recommend

It's good to hear all of your previous orders with us have been satisfactory, and I'm very sorry that this one isn't up to our usual standards. I can see unfortunately that the first parcel we sent out to you was lost by Royal Mail, so I apologise again for this. The replacement parcel I can see on the system hasn't been delivered yet, however Royal Mail are busier than ever at the moment due to strike action/Christmas, so we are experiencing delays of up to 5 extra working days on top of the usual delivery time. Please could you pop us an email and we'll look into this further for you.
