Never received the shoes waited weeks…
Never received the shoes waited weeks they never lift the hub in England the shoes were a size 9 when I contacted the company the guy was really nice but said they couldn’t get a 9 for a month funny thing was I’d checked every site and it was the same no 9 anywhere got my money returned but was disappointed

Super great communication from the staff in helping me locate my shipment to Saudi Arabia- truly above and beyond the normal customer service experience from a web based company!

Ordered a pair of Solovair shoes from…
Ordered a pair of Solovair shoes from this local store and I was very pleased with the service. Surprisingly it was also one of the only places in the South I could find to stock them!
I ended up having to go down a size and the process was very easy. They promptly answered the phone when I called and the communication with the exchange and advice of the shoe was great.
I can highly recommend! Shop local!

I ordered my boots online with48 hour tracked delivery. When my boots didn’t arrive I contacted the company who immediately dispatched a new pair which arrived next day. Excellent customer service and fabulous boots.

Issue with returns
Ordered a pair of DMs. Delivery was quick, but unfortunately the boots are too small. I ordered a returns label which I didn't receive. Reached out by email to no response, but when I called the company couldn't have been more helpful.

GREAT customer service!
Ordered a pair of Dr Martens. Bit of a faff after the delivery time was misunderstood (my fault!) and arranged to go and collect instead. Excellent comms with the store, very friendly and helpful staff. 10/10 customer service, would definitely go back here for my next pair of boots. Merry Christmas guys! 🫶🏼
