ROBBERS. Their ‘business’ must be banned! They must be jailed for cybercrime and their assets frozen. Is there any agency able to do that???
I will definitely report them to EVERY FORUM there is!

Scammers, luckily my bank declined the payment, I’ve asked bank to block any payment to them , hopefully that will work, I have no idea where or when I signed up to this as it’s not something I’d want

These people are scammers, tried to take over £30 from my account but my bank blocked them, they should not be allowed to do business.

Scammers!!!! Catch you for the one view just to get you next day subscription, then there is nowhere to cancel , when you email them to cancel, they write back a whole professional email, as if it’s a professional company. Stay away

No idea how these thieving robbers got my details but they’ve just taken €31.50 from my bank. How do they get away with this practice???

Scam - thankfully my bank alerted me and the payment wasn’t authorised. No idea how they got my bank details ?!?!

Scam - popped out of nowhere - cannot unsubscribe - obvious fraud - why are people so unscrupulous - karma has a way of catching up though - I just wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing that I affected and scammed innocent peoples lives like this - taking money from families that have to feed their children in this harsh economical climate - shame on them - go and get proper jobs you absolute waste of spaces. - I give them minus -5 stars.

Scam. I searched for a particular manual, they had one so I paid the €0.1, bargain I thought. Tuned out after I’d paid that they didn’t have the manual. Next thing I know they email me saying they’ll take €31.50 a month from me. I complained and they cancelled my subscription but will stake €31.50 for the first month.

No idea how they got my details but €31.50 was taken from my credit card.

Have emailed for a refund.

I don’t know what to do,I accidentally clicked on their website hoping it was One of my downloads and to my shock realised my mistake later on.The money they took are hard earned money from my both parents and I’m sad to see it go to waste like that.

Somehow I also subscribed but have no recollection of how. Once i realised (after 2 months at 31.5) I contacted them to cancel. It does seem their business model is unethical - signup is via a 'promotional banners'. Your subscription seems to give access to some pamphlets that are probably free anyway.
They are quick at cancelling (to avoid problem with CC suppliers i guess) and obviously feel they have a defensible legal position on how people sign up so buyer beware.

I've just been ripped off by this company too. I have no idea how the got my bank details but they have been stealing money from me for the last three months - money that I can't afford to loose. I've contacted my bank and I'm really hoping there is something that can be done.

Update - today I received back my refund. Wanted to therefore amend this. Practices may be questionable, but at least they refunded me, also proving they are a real company after all.

On the one hand it's shocking to read all of these reviews. On the other, at least I feel a bit better that I am not the only one that has been tricked by these outright fraudsters.
So they are not even a real company? Worse than I thought. I thought they were at least real, but with shoddy practices. I wasn't even looking for this company, I was looking for something else and it popped up - apparently. I suggest everyone tries to go via their banks to start a reversal process.

They are robberies. I had never used this website. Until 7 July, I found it from my bank statement charged me EUR 31.5. I started to check my internet record and email, and finally, I found two emails sent to me on 22 and 24 June. One is a subscription confirmation with login and password detail, and another is a payment notice. I use the login and password provided by them to log in. However, it is not processable. And then I emailed them to cancel and refund, but they only agreed to cancel the subscription but not refund. What a terrible website! They act as a thief. Avoid this website.

Accidentally clicked on their misleading download button on Fdown.net (a Facebook video downloaded) yesterday evening.

Stupidly entered my Debit Card details when asked for a payment of 0.01p which I assumed was a token fee for downloading the FB video.

This morning I received an email from ‘the bookmaster’ thanking me for signing up and would be debited €31.50 per month after 2 day free trial!

Have followed their cancellation advice by writing to their support an will contact my bank.

Literally, no idea how I subscribed to this service.

They stole £31 from me essentially. For nothing.

Obviously a scam.
