Very pleasant engineer. Boiler is in the roof space so I have no idea what the situation is there as I don't venture there. However, there was no mess trailed anywhere through the bungalow and the job seemed to be done efficiently. No problems with the boiler efficiency so far as I can tell.

they were on time, explained all they were about to do. they were thorough in their work and no mess. As far as I could see they checked most of the equipment despite me having no trouble with it. It has given us no trouble since

Excellent Service, gentleman was very polite, and if we had any questions, did not hesitate to answer.

The engineer was prompt and polite and stayed within guidelines for social distance and ppe. He was efficient and tidy and explained everything to me in language (terminology) I understood.

The guy rang to say he was on his way, good communication. He arrived serviced the boiler. Very friendly.

The Annual servicing of the Boiler ran smoothly. Thorough handling of the boiler itself was conducted with thoroughness including the Carbon Dioxide measuring.

First time I’ve used the boiler company and for me both men were polite and friendly and helpful.

Clean tidy work done and fixed the problem

Company is a rip off being taking money of pensioner, never done a service since payments made, never answer phone, never call back.

I have left countless messages to try and sort issue but never received any call backs disgusting

This matter has moved on a bit and someone actually came out to fix the boiler although worryingly this has just highlighted the fact that the boiler has not been serviced since 2018 despite the plan being in place that includes a annual service. No response as yet from their support team!

When I telephoned to request a service I was informed there would be about 2 weeks wait. The service did not take place for at least 5 weeks after 2 more calls from me.
The boiler has been left usable but it is not reaching full capacity the engineer knew this but suggested I " see how it goes for a while" which I am doing but would prefer it to be working 100%

I had my boiler serviced, it was quick and efficient. This was during lockdown and the plumbers used masks and gloves.

Since our boiler was serviced water pressure drops & have loud water rumbles from the boiler!

Engineer arrived 24 hours early! Boiler seems OK - I can only assume that it received the necessary checks

The engineer was prompt very efficient, and when a problem occurred after he left he came back during the evening in order to make the system work again
