They're very convenient, but the quality is poor.

Bought an entire tuxedo. They had only like 3 styles, and only some color selections. I also bought a belt, but wasn't warned that a belt would not be needed as the tuxedo pants are adjustable. During the fitting no one warned me that the clothing would have a tag on it that invalidates returning if the tag is taken off. None of the e-mails warned that either. Only the tag itself that isn't removable unless you cut it off. So you'll have to try on the outfit with a bunch of tags hanging out.

The adjustable pants that I mentioned earlier, well the waist adjustment broke. I had to use pliers to bend the metal back into place. Quality was shoddy.

The shoes selection is poor. The shoes are not comfortable. Pick shoes from somewhere else.

I wanted a vest, but they had none available for purchase.

They were very convenient, so I know a lot of men out there just want convenience. So if you want something done quick and on time, they will have it done. However, if you're gearing up for your big day, you can find better quality elsewhere.

Black Tux was great to use. Communication with customer service was great. Quality and fit of suit was on point. If I had to change one thing would be for the black tux to make some items optional and not have to call customer service. I added shoes as part of the suit but many of my groomsman already have black shoes so they would have to call customer service. Would have been great to be able to unselect the option at checkout. All else was great. Would use again to purchase personal suits.

I made a mistake with my event date when i ordered my tux. I put the wrong month done for my event. I realized it after the tux was being shipped. At 1 am I sent an email to customer service. By the time I woke up the next morning, the order was stopped and the rep made sure the tux was delivered on the correct date. Thank You for your fantastic customer service.

This company was fantastic! I missed and ordered the wrong size coat. I let them know and they expedited me the new size in time for my wedding, and I looked great.

I rented a suit for a friend's wedding and everything worked out PERFECTLY! The suit arrived at my place a few weeks before so I could try it on to make sure it fit (which it fit great). It came with a suit bag so it was easy to travel with as I had to take it on a flight. Finally, returning it was simple as the box comes with all the information you need! If you're looking to rent a suit for an event, I HIGHLY recommend The Black Tux!

The entire process, from start to finish, was very easy. When I had to return items due to them not fitting properly, the process was easy and the correctly sized items arrived quickly. I want to add that the incorrectly sized items were my fault and not caused by The Black Tux.

Ordered a tux for my son for prom. I will say it helped that he’s in band and I stole the measurements from the band. The black tux was an incredible experience. Everything was as I ordered. It was easy to return. I would use again and would highly recommend!

The in store experience was amazing, receiving the tux was also seamless and the delivery and shipping box was very straight forward. I got many compliments on the tux, other guests were wearing tux's from black tux, I will absolutely rent from them again.

An awesome experience! I needed a tux for a gala event. The rental process was very easy. I also now know my coat, shirt, and pant size. They delivered the tux in less than 2 weeks. The fit was true to size. The packaging of the items was well done. I almost didn't want to return it. Will rent again!

I needed a touch on short notice. And the black talks got me multiple options. Even with a large shoe size that can be difficult to shop for. The original jacket and pants didn't fit well, but they replaced them. And they arrived in two days in time for the event. I would definitely recommend the black tux to others. In fact, I recommended it to a few people at the event I rented the tux for.

I like the shos so much that I paid the difference and kept them.

I rented a tux for my son who was a groomsman in his sister's wedding. He is in a foreign country's military so I had no way of measuring him or a way to get him measured in a foreign country. I took in an old suit and shirt to use for measurements and the tux came in almost perfect for his new body size.

Used The Black Tux for my daughter’s wedding. They were awesome. Easy delivery. Easy returns. My initial jacket did not fit right so I talked to customer service and a replacement was delivered w/in 3 days. It was the perfect fit. Will always use them going forward.

Really easy process, not too expensive, and the return process is golden! I love too how fast they send out new pieces of the suit if requesting a new size. I've used them several times, and will probably use again in the future

Great concept with easy to curate looks, lots of outfit options, great in-person fitting, and excellent customer service. Used it for a friend's wedding in which I was a groomsman and no using it for my own wedding.

Great quality, all my groomsmen looked fantastic! Anyone who needed items replaced got them super quick! The quality is awesome, all the guys in my party have rented from other tux or suit companies and were shocked at the great quality and how fast turn around was. 3rd time I’ve used theblacktux.com , Tuxedo is always exactly what’s advertised, I have always received compliments on the tux. I rented shoes also this year, they were clean, no scuffs, looked great. The return process is simple, tear of the original label, return label is underneath, and they include a strip of tape to seal the box. Pricing is fair and reasonable, I had to pay a little extra because I left it to the last minute, which was again fair and reasonable. I will use them again.
