There's something seriously wrong with this website and its owner(s). I've left 3 voice messages, asking for a call back, and I've sent 2 email messages, asking for a call back. Going on 3 days now, no communication. I had been looking for a particular birdbath fountain dripper which they had for sale. But I had attempted to order this from other places, only to receive a follow-up email that the item is out of stock. These other websites had NO indication that the item was not available. That is why I wanted to contact this company BEFORE I ordered the item, because they also do NOT say it is out of stock. So I decided to call first to ask about availability, then order. I finally decided to just go ahead and order it, which I paid with Paypal which, an order # flashed on the screen, so I assumed it was complete. (I've checked my paypal acct, and there is no transaction for this purchase.) Then another screen opened, asking for my credit card info. So I decided to just go for it, put my CC info in, but THEN got an error window telling me this payment "is not supported" by something or other. Really! It's a Citibank mastercard, and they clearly display the mastercard logo at their payment window. That is ridiculous. That's when I called again, no one answers no matter when you call. I even tried to "check on satus of my order", but this, and all other functions, simply circles back to tell you they aren't available, leave a message or email them. I even pressed the number to "order by phone." I'm trying to Give Them Money, for crying out loud. So frustrating.
