As outlined in our terms at the time of purchase, subscription orders need to be paused or cancelled before the cut-off date to prevent the next shipment being sent. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns, particularly for supplements, for safety and hygiene reasons.

We’re sorry to hear you haven’t noticed improvements yet. Probiotics can take time to support the gut, and we generally recommend taking them consistently for at least 12 weeks before assessing results, as everyone’s system responds differently.
As it looks like you only purchased relatively recently, it may simply be too early to see the full benefits, so we do encourage you to keep going if you’re able to.

I hadn’t had an unbroken nights sleep…
I hadn’t had an unbroken nights sleep for months and since taking “ better sleep “ I mostly sleep through the night . I have found taking the capsules two hours before I want to sleep is most beneficial for me.

delivery very service not professional. no tracking!
The delivery service this company use called Flavourcloud is not professional. there is no tracking although they mention Fedex as a career. Fedex have no record of this. I have waited since Nov 4th for a delivery to France. NORMALLY WOULD TAKE MAXIMUM ONE WEEK. I contacted the company but they know only what I see online.
Never again with I order from them, it is way overdue.

Not great experience
So , did better gut couldn’t take before bed due to it giving me indigestion so took first thing in morning after consulting better menopause , tried for six weeks and had such bad indigestion and stomach pain my gp told me to stop taking them and am now trying to get stomach acid back where it’s happy , have to say it did help with joint pain and constipation but didn’t notice anything else and quite expensive, also been on better night which worked like a dream for two weeks actually slept from 10.30 pm til 5am result but since stop taking better gut have now found the better night isn’t working either I’ve gone back to four hours total a night , so all in all I’ve a cupboard full of expensive supplements that I can’t take so afraid I don’t recommend.

Buyer beware
Having read great reviews of this probiotic I decided to give it a go. I took the capsules as directed for 3 months but unfortunately saw no positive improvement and decided to cease taking them. The company operates a subscription model, due to being involved in an accident I forgot to cancel in time and the warning email went straight to junk so a further 3 month supply duly arrived. I contacted customer service who confirmed the company will not refund once capsules have been dispatched, they did however agree to cancel the subscription. Roll on another 3 months and yes you've guessed it another 3 month supply has arrived, no payment warning email to be found in my junk folder or elsewhere. I have contacted my bank and of course sent another email to customer services.
My additional concern with this company is that despite my negative review being very polite they have chosen not to publish it on their website so the reviews there cannot be considered balanced.
Please save your money and avoid this company.
