I did a notary signing for them and I have been trying to get in contact with them about payment and have not been able to reach any one about my payment as of today and it has been well over 60 days.
The notary who came to our house (Tyler) arrived late. He did not seem confident in the process and ended up having to return later in the evening because he had asked us to sign/initial the incorrect area of a document and needed to print a new copy and have us re-sign.
Once it was time for us to receive our copy of the documents, I was very specific in our request that we would be out of town until a specific date and could receive the documents after that time. TBN reached out to me three separate times ahead of that date to see if I could receive the documents.
I did return their call after I was able to receive the documents and John told me he would ship them via FedEx and send me a tracking number because we needed to sign for the shipment. I did not receive a tracking number and was just lucky to have been home when the box arrived.
Good service. It was convenient, but that came with a pretty steep cost. If you have time to file things yourself after signatures, I am sure you can find a more affordable option.
