Great delivery and follow up, I bought Britax Römer and my delivery address was in Saudi Arabia

Leonardo was diligent in staying on an issue from the moment it arose until it was resolved. True exceptional customer service. Providing timely and honest updates.

Terrible experience. I bought a stroller from their website on October 4th, 2025, paying £280. After 5 days, it still hadn’t been shipped, even though I urgently needed it.
When I contacted them, they told me that the website says shipping takes 15 business days which is completely false, because it’s not written anywhere.
They offered me other colors (which I don’t like otherwise I would have chosen them myself), and when I asked for a refund, they completely disappeared: no replies to messages or emails.
Only after a phone call, when I said I would get a lawyer involved, did they finally reply to my messages, saying that the refund was being processed
I’m really sorry I didn’t read the reviews before buying, because I now see that they do this to everyone.
This store is a total scam.
Do not buy from them under any circumstances!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I was told I would get a full refund once the item was returned. Once the item was returned they stopped replying to any emails or messages even after multiple screenshots proving it was returned. They stole $800 from me.

If you will order from USA you need to order a head of time. The package was in perfect conditions, I’m super happy with the quality and the customer service.They are really helpful as soon as I texted on WhatsApp they answered back to me. I highly recommended

I ordered baby car seat at 26/3/2025.order number 26748. They told me it will be shipped next week after. Now 21/4/2025.they keep told me next week everytime i asking for tracking.Now they not reply to my message. Definitely scam.dont buy from this seller.THIS SITE IS 100% SCAM!!!!!
