Excellent service from start to finish. We wanted to buy a good quality mattress and needed advice. We had 1:1 attention for about 2 hours, trying a variety of mattresses. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very impressed by the level of product knowledge shown. We even had a cup of tea brought to us!
We were also shown a variety of duvets and pillows and, on placing an order, were given 2 pillows too.
Our mattress was delivered in the time scale specified, with excellent communication before delivery. We are beyond delighted with the mattress, and know that this is down to the detailed attention we were given whilst we were choosing.

After trying the usual big brands for a new mattress. We were recommended The Bed Specialist by family and friends.
We were not disappointed, when we arrived we had a quick chat about what we were looking for and our budget. We were shown what was in our range and discussed our options. We were then left to make our own decisions.
We ended up ordering online due to paying installments. It was an easy process. We were kept informed with regards to delivery etc. We even had a phonecall to book the delivery and then another on the day to confirm an hour time slot.
We would highly recommend The Bed Specialists and their team.

The fixings were not in the box. We then requested they be sent and it took a week to arrive. They were the wrong fixings. At this point we gave up and went to screw fix and sorted it ourselves. Had my husband not been able to do this, we would have been without a bed.

I had found this item a bit cheaper through other online retailers, but it would have taken a couple of weeks to arrive as they did not have it in stock. Desiring it sooner as I was travelling on June 10th, I instead paid a little more and placed an order for it with the Bed Specialist on June 2nd. On their webpage for the item, it said it was in stock and would be delivered within 5 days. I received no shipping response for a few days and so I called them on June 5th and after a few calls, they apologised saying the had slipped up and not processed it, and that it would go out the same day. It did not. It was finally shipped on June 7th and arrived after I had already left on holiday. I was left wondering whether they would have even shipped it at all had I not called! In the end, I ended up overpaying for an item that I additionally received slow shipping on. I could have just saved myself a few quid and the hassle of calling by just ordering elsewhere. Today - an equally timely 2 months after the transaction! - I received the standard copy-paste "thank you again for your recent order" email followed by a request for a trust pilot review. Well here it is - spend your money elsewhere. We live in an age of same day delivery, where even the lumbering Royal Mail has inexpensive 48-hour tracked shipping options. Being uncompetitive with pricing and then providing such slow processing and shipping doesn't make for a great experience. I'm only giving them 2 stars because the item did actually finally arrive in the end.

Every thing was so easy. We came in store, tried as many beds as we wanted, had advise on what mattress was best for us, arranged a delivery date ( as long as it was ready at the factory) and received the bed a week early. The delivery men were so helpful and caring taking away any thing we did not want. This is our second bed with the bed specialist and I would not go any where else. Excellent. Thank you all!
