We’ve bought several mattresses from The Bed Specialist over the past 30+ years and the service and professionalism has always been excellent.
The sales team are extremely knowledgeable and seem genuinely interested in getting the right mattress for you. I didn’t feel under any pressure to make a purchase but glad we did as we are really pleased with our new mattress.
The delivery was quicker than expected and, again, the service was excellent.

Found the Bed Specialist while looking for some hard to find pillows; called them to check availability, was promptly and courteously assisted, and received the desired pillows less than 36 hours later. Excellent service, highly recommended.

There was no pressure
There was no pressure. We were allowed to test the different beds/ mattresses without sales pressure but given information when we asked questions.

Terrible experience with Nick and Bed…
Terrible experience with Nick and Bed Specialist. Ordered a mattress pad for my mattress. A month later it arrives. I take it out of the box and open the packet to discover it's a single not a king size as requested. Nick was incredibly rude and patronising and refused to help. Be careful with this company.

Good service …
Good service got to try lots of beds before making a choice was delivered two weeks later was given a call to let me no what time delivery was going to be .all-round good service nice to use independent shop that must be doing something right as its their 60th year 10 out of 10.
