Customer Service second to none.
I ordered a few things from The Bath Bushcraft Store (TBBS) which included some personalised engraving.
When the order came, the engraving wasn't quite what I had in mind.
I emailed Dan at TBBS and he very generously offered to remedy this, at no extra charge to myself.
The end product turned out perfectly.
I am delighted with my purchases and will definitely be ordering from TBBS again.
The after sales service is exemplary.

As I needed a bit more information, then the website provided, I contacted the owner of this Store. What a surprise, as he promptly took the call (YES, not a robot in sight!) and proceeded to give me more and more information regarding the items I was interested in. Very patient, courteous, extremely helpful. After choosing my items, I asked for a later then normal (delayed by a few days) delivery and to my surprise, nothing was too difficult to handle here. All done and dusted (after a good natter ;-) and ordered in a few moments. Would definitely recommend and would certainly use this web store again. Well done D.
