I bought a stabilisation system on 26 March 2023 paying 630 pounds. 8 months later I still don't have the stabiliser. I tried several times to contact them by email, but I was ignored. I tried to phone them, no reply. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, you will lose your money.

I ordered two items (and paid in full for them) on 19 September. They did warn of a potential delay on the “processing order” e-mail, which came through a week after placing the order, but nothing indicating just how much of a delay! Two months on, parts that were supposedly “available” still have not been sent, two promised dispatch dates have come and gone without explanation, and therefore I opted to cancel the order. As some others have noted, "available" does not mean "in stock" and that seems to be where the problem lies. For reasons unknown they seem to be having huge delays on items they need to order in from their European distributors, which is probably most things. To be fair, the refund was processed promptly - perhaps because I went through Paypal. It seems from others here, this whole situation is far from unique and some have been waiting even longer.

Getting through on the phone to them is extremely difficult, their promises of delivery are not met. I’m surprised they can stay in business like this.

I’ve used this company in the past (eight times, I believe) but they have gone downhill rapidly in recent years. I absolutely don’t enjoy giving negative reviews to a small business who have previously been OK, but l will not be using them again and couldn’t recommend them to anyone else, regardless of how price competitive they may be.

I really wish I had seen the multiple negative reviews on here before placing my order.
I ordered 3 items, all of which were marked on the website as being ‘available’.
My experience form that point reflected that seen by many others. Multiple unanswered phone calls and when I did receive response to emails the promised delivery dates came and went.
In the end I resorted to a refund via PayPal, over 6 weeks after placing the original order.

Yes, the prices and availability of equipment might appear attractive but I will certainly not be dealing with this company again. Atrocious service and I would recommend you avoid them.

Ordered 12 arrows and points on the 25th August, showing in stock, still haven't received them 3 months later, have emailed them several times, no reply, have called them several times, never answer. A shocking company and shouldn't be in business, would give them minus if I could have. Do not use this company, chances are you will lose your money.

Ordered a crossbow, no sign of it. They neither reply to e-mails or answer their phone. This business is dishonest. Sadly I didn’t read theses reviews first. I have reported them to the Trading Standards for their local area and have also spoken to the credit card company.

Blatant lies on the website. Items not in stock that they claim are, last two orders i had to threaten small claims court before they would refund. They Ignore phone calls and emails AVOID!

I purchased a bow for £1'475 29/08/23, I've still not received the Hoyt bow or my refund and it's now 17/11/23. If I could give minus stars I would...
I also had to chase them for any information every week, had a number of absolute promises that a delivery would take place and finally they just cancelled my order with a refund taking 8-10 working days. Ruined a 60th celebration and I've still not received my refund so STILL can't purchase one from elsewhere...

If I could give zero stars, I would.
These people are con-men. They advertise stuff that they haven't got, take your money and you'll be lucky to see the item or your money again unless you pay via PayPal.
Twice I've bought something from them, and twice I've had the same result. There won't be a third time.
I really can't understand how this company is still allowed to trade.

Placed an order on 2nov 2023 still hasn't arrived they don't answer phones sent 10 emails all ignored spent all day waiting for a promised order didn't turn up horrible company to deal with

Same as everyone else, they have zero excuses for delays to this extent for all intents and purposes this site is a scam, I will be cancelling my order

My best advice would be to go elsewhere. I ordered a cartel fletching clamp on the 18th Oct. My order hadn’t been dispatched by the 1st Nov. So I Cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Had to make a report to PayPal two weeks after I cancelled the order to get my refund.

Ordered an item that was showing in stock, checked a day or 2 later and it had changed to 8 weeks. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, a month later it was showing stock again, eventually queried it when the time was up and was told it would be sent the next week. 3 weeks after, still nothing so refunded through PayPal. Complete waste of time.

Absolute shambles, ordered a release aid and after chasing it got a reply saying next week as they were having issues with getting all orders out... A week later called them and was told early next week.... Another week later and still nothing and no answer on the phone, their response time for emails is even worse

Had to check their reviews and they are getting plenty of negative feedback, thought this was a one off thing, clearly not

Avoid this company!! They take your money and don't supply the goods.
They don't answer the phone or respond to emails.
Wish I'd checked trustpilot before stupidly placing the order.

In common with most reviewers I found these people appalling to deal with. If you are thinking of using them AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Bow ordered from the ‘available’ list, confirmation received indicating despatch within 5 days. After 3 weeks of no news I emailed to enquire how the order was progressing and got a response indicating hopefully a 3 day period to despatch or at the worst 6 days. 10 days after this response I chased again and requested proof of carriers tracking. No response received so 4 days later cancelled the order and demanded a full refund. No response and no refund so a Section 75 is in action through the credit card and will also get Trading Standards involved. The goods were clearly never in stock and doubtful anything other than taking my money was ever actioned by this dreadful company. Wish I had checked reviews on Trustpilot before committing as this is clearly how they operate all the time

Charge excessive P&P and still waiting for order 2 weeks later no email communication to when items are going to be dispatched, last email they said I will get it by beginning or mid week the this week . Called them today and said they will email dispatch date and time very disappointed with them will not be ordering again

I waited 6 weeks, and still no bow so canceled the order. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Update 2 weeks later they have not refunded my money disgusting service.

Placed an order for two items shown in stock. Waited 7 days and sent an email, no reply and two days later I called to receive the recorded message which stated I needed to call between 09:00 and 14:00 Tus-Fri. My first call was at 09:45 on a Friday. Second and third calls were at 11:00and 13:00 - still the same message.
I decided to raise a dispute notice with PayPal and there I was shown another email address to contact the shop. Sent this and got a response from Carl to say the phone lines were down till Tuesday. If the phone lines were down how is it I could receive their recorded message? In his email he stated that Lauren would email me the following Monday with an update. I then requested an immediate cancellation and repayment. So far, 18:00 Monday I have received no email and no repayment. Back to PayPal.
I wish I had checked Trustpilot before placing my order.

3 weeks after placing an order, still not even sent. Unacceptable. Delivery promised today but when chased established not sent and to expect the item next week. Order cancelled and I've lost 3 weeks of shooting due to the delay.

Never answered phone or replied to shop email address. Replies only came when emailed CEO via address on PayPal.
