Price increase whilst purchasing!…
When online and about to conclude the purchase, I had to go back to amend the start date - the policy price increased by over £120. I then spent 45 minutes on hold telephoning to question the increase and when answered I was given a categoric response that it was the system adjusting the price and nothing could be done. So very unhelpful!
