To be honest I can't give 1 or 5 so I've put 3 in the middle. There's no interaction with anyone as it was simply an online insurance renewal so how can I give 5 stars for an absolute fantastic service when I just went online and did it . I cant be unkind to give 1 star as it certainly doesn't warrant a bad score. But I chose rhe AA due to price as my previous insurer quoted more.

Great service - eventually!!
The friendliness and professionalism of Steve, the chap I eventually spoke to. However, it took me 65 minutes of waiting on the phone to get through to him and not having updates as to where I was in the queue didn’t help my mood! Having got through, Steve made it simple to conclude business with your company.

New regs coming soon require companies…
New regs coming soon require companies to make it easy to cancel. I would expect a company of integrity to have already implemented this. AA has not. I had to wait 30 frustrating mins via chat online to cancel.

The biggest rip-off I've seen in the UK.,🫨🫨🫨
As a beginner, I paid £295 per month for a car worth onlv £1,600. That's around £3,200 for the first year
In the second year it was £145 per month, around £1,800.
In total, I paid almost £5,000 in 2 years with NO claims.
hen I changed my address, they chargec me £156 extra. My new address should have made the insurance cheaper, but instead they INCREASED my monthly payment by another £10.
The only time I needed them was for a flat battery and they came after 2 hours
Now they have sent an auto-renewal quote for £377 per month. This is daylight robbery. I would never recommend this company🚗🚗💥💥💥💥💥💥😡😡
